When me and my wife arrived at our table our waitress only gave us bread (bread was not too good and hard on the outside kind of stale) and no water. As we ordered our drinks my wife order a lemonade and I noticed my margarita was kind of odd tasting more like water maybe to much ice and no flavor at all so I stop drinking it and waited for someone to come to our table and ask for a exchange of drinks which they did bring me a other margarita but still not so good but I drank it anyways didnt want to make scene or anything and I also realized that they only gave me and my wife 1 glass of water which is stupid and rude. Our food was okay not good by any means just a little below decent we both had 2 different kinds of risotto but different not worth the $26 risotto shrimp and lobster and $18 chicken risotto I also noticed my waitress did not ask me or my wife not once if we needed anything or if the food was good I did noticed that she was at everyones elses table except ours the only person who was nice was the manager when she came to our table and ask what was wrong with the margarita because she heard I wanted a other margarita made so thanks for approving a exchange. When I asked for my check I noticed that they still charged me the first margarita that I only took a couple of sips from before the refund margarita so I ask if they could take it off the check which they did. We didnt finish our food me and my wife didnt really like it so instead of taking left overs home which we usually do we could not because we knew we werent going to eat it later. All in all for 2 people it was $60 dollars which was way to much for this decent food and experience we had. Ps. I dont think, will I hope we werent treated like this because we were the only Mexican at this restaurant

I got to come here to eat for brunch with my boyfriend and his dad today. All their items on the brunch menu looked really good but all three of us ordered the Eggs Oscar. How could any of us say no to poached eggs and crab/shrimp cakes?! And it tasted as good as it sounded! Eggs were cooked perfectly, crab/shrimp cakes were flavorful, potatoes were crisp, and the spinach/artichoke/asparagus salad was delightful. The complimentary sourdough bread always came out warm. I also ordered hot tea and a server came out with a box full of Mighty Leaf Tea bags and let me choose two of any kind (fancy!). The service was impeccable. Our server Trevor was fantastic, courteous, and friendly. Given that we were the only customers at the restaurant at the time he still meet the expectations of a great server. Overall, good food and great service. I would definitely come back again especially to try their dinner menu.

Had a reservation and got seated right away.. The place is _really_ noisy which is ok if you like that kind of atmosphere.. we dont.. The waitress made nothing but mistakes.. Brought us one wrong drink.. told us our wine was not available by the glass so brought Jack Daniels and Coke (or something) instead (WTH?!).. Told us they were out of calamari.. then calamari showed up 15 minutes later.. then our wine that we were told was not available showed up.. She was very professional and apologetic - I chalk it up being new/lack of training by everyone so I assume this will improve over time. The food was good and well prepared.. but we waited forever and had to beg to get the bill.. If you like loud places, and wait a month or two for everyone to get fully trained, it will probably be much better.. Overall, not bad considering the reasonable prices and good food.

My Fiancé and I were here for our anniversary dinner on a Friday night. Although we didnt have a reservation (hard to come by with 2 little ones), we were welcomed with a smile and seated quickly. We were seated in the back of the restaurant. It was nice and pretty quiet back there. Loved the decor and our server. The manager heard it was our first time there and brought us complimentary bruschetta. They were very tasty. My salmon and veggies were excellent. Salmon was very juicy. My Fiancé s steak was tender and flavorful, no sauce needed. Thats how you know its a good steak. Our server was very helpful and friendly. Based on or experience, we couldnt understand why this place only had 4 stars (its been 1 month since we were there). We will definitely be going back.

I made a reservation for a big group a week in advance and from the beginning, the staff at Brio was incredibly accommodating. I made a reservation for a group of 30 and they didnt bat an eye. On the day of our reservation, traffic in the area was a nightmare and every single one of the people in our party were late. When I arrived at the restaurant, I went straight to the hostess and apologized for being late and they were so kind and acted like it was no big deal. The hostess was Jackie and she was so nice and helpful. I really appreciated that. Once our whole group arrived, everyone was given excellent service and the food was outstanding as usual. Thank you Brio for a fun, stress-free atmosphere!

I am giving this one star because my husband and I did not have the best experience here. First thing was that our waitress only brought one glass of water which I felt was kinda rude. Another thing was that she did not bring us our food another waiter did and she never stopped by to see if we needed anything. My husband was not happy with his drink and he had to ask someone else if they could change it because our waitress would just walk right past our table. It was only after my husband asked someone else for a new drink and spoke to the manager, who was really nice, then the waitress finally stopped by to see if everything was ok.

The filet mignon is possibly the best Ive ever had, I take mine medium rare & it was so juicy, flavorful & oh so soft!...in a word, amazing!....My first bite of the fettuccini alfredo & I could tell they make their own pasta....upon inquiring, I was right!...& their potatoe wedges with creamy garlic & parmesan sauce are delicious....my daughter doesnt even like potatoes & she loved them! Great atmosphere, well decorated & great staff.....5 stars for sure! Thanks & God bless.

Poor Service and slow food service in Restaurant. The food here is very good. I have sat at the bar and in the restaurant for food. My recommendation is to sit at the bar, or bar area for your food and drinks. Sorry for the 2 stars.... I expect adequate customer service(not great) and not have to go to the servers in the corner- twice while they are texting on their cell phones to ask for service. Our dinner took 2 1/2 hours. I will be back as I stated the food was good.

Outstanding BBQ! Excellent dry rubbed ribs, baked beans, potato salad and apple dumpling you never want to stop eating!! I could go on and on. Friendly staff and fast service getting your food. Will go back again, whenever in town, to try more amazing tasting food. And the fried potato chips served in a greasy paper bag looked like a fun thing to order. Yes, we were checking out other happy clams devouring their food! How else do you know what to try?
