I drove through the drive through this morning at 8:00am and ordered a sausage croissant meal with a large peach iced tea. 1st I told the girl there was tons of flavoring in the tea. Her reply was "stir it" which did not help. 2nd my sandwich had been sitting there long before i drove up and ordered it, the sausage was heat lamp-ed to death, the egg was dried out and the cheese was all hard on all the edges... it was so disgusting. I will not return and I recommend you dont go either! Started my morning off wrong and was a complete waste of money as I had to throw everything away!

As far as Jack-In-The-Box restaurants go this is one of the better in this area. Staff is friendly and Ive yet to have an order wrong. My only complaint is the chicken items have suffered quality problems lately and I have stoppped ordering them. Jackss spicy chicken is paper thin now and mostly breading. The chicken strips had less meat in them than a White Castel burger. The rest was all breading. Stick to the burgers and enjoy.

Awful . I came here because its the closest to my house for a milkshake, I have been craving. Once I got it there was no chocolate at all not even whipped good so awful looking. The milkshake tasted like it had gone bad that sour taste . I order a chicken sandwich with extra mayo and tomato they gave me a mess I ask for my chicken to be fresh n they didnt. Never coming back. Dont recommend to come here

Worst experience ever so tired of being told to park out front if I wanted to park and not go through the drive-thru I would park and go inside but when I go through the drive-thru the last thing I want to do is park in front of the store. And then to be brought out my food and have it not even be correct and have to go back in anyways it was the most inconvenient inconvenient freaking trip Ive ever had

Waited over 15 mins for 2 triple cheese breakfast burritos and lo and behold no cheese on either. I dont want to sound like a jerk but its cheese, hashbrown, and egg. Seriously 3 ingredients in a tortilla. How hard is it really. The low rating is incredibly accurate. Its absolutely worth driving several miles out of your way. And your rallying for $15 an hour, Dream On entitled generation....

This place has horrible service every Sunday. They make you wait at the sign to take your order. They dont understand English, so they always mess up your order... I wish the owner would worry more about the customer experience than good bottom line. Im sure its losing him a lot of money.

Only person in drive through orderd 6 taco told about my problem at the one by hwy80. Got order very timely manner it was fresh is the only good thing to say of the 6 taco 2 1/2 was made properly the others not so ether totally missing or very little ingredients.

Very nice place. This young lady gabriela. Very good customer service. I was a little upset because the car ahead took so long . but she made sure my food was fresh and gave me a drink.also very communicative Im definatley coming back .
