My daughter and I went in today after school for a FREE birthday scoop. When we arrived we were the only ones in line, I showed the girl behind the counter the email with the coupon showing what we see here for. She asked what flavor and cup or cone? When she rang me up she told me that I had a single scoop and that the free scoop was a kids scoop. To which I told her that was her problem as she knew what size should have been free as I showered her the email prior to her scooping the ice cream. Upon her talking with two other employees she then told me my coupon was not valid. It clearly stated it expired today! Now the line is out the door and I have all 3 sales associates waiting on me about a free scoop of ice cream! Dumb!!! Just plain dumb! All they had to do was void out or over ride the simple transaction instead of making the line of people that were now voicing their concerns over the free scoop!

COCKROACHES, the boss is very inconsiderate and treats the employees horrible in front of the customers and they do not pass the health code laws . I have personally seen a cockroaches crawl out of a waffle cone.
