This is a small, family run business. They dont always have a full staff to respond - so usually the delivery is very fast, but every great once in a while you have to wait a bit. But its worth the wait! If you dont want to wait, just go there and pick it up. They are friendly and charming. I know of better Chinese food, but its all the way in Sunnyvale, and this place delivers. As good as the delivered food is, its actually a little better if you go to the restaurant. They really take care of you! The beef and pork are okay, but their best dishes are chicken and seafood. The Singapore noodles are addictive and the Oceanic chicken is to die for. You can order and pay on-line with a credit card. If you want to know how long it will take, just give them a call; their estimates have always been pretty accurate. OH! And you must try the honey walnut prawns!

Family is asian so ive had a lot of chinese food all over the bay area, this is some of the best. The best egg/chicken/flower soup ive ever had, very good noodle dishes, fresh ingredients, theyve hooked me up many times with desert on the house. Togo orders are in resealable Tupperware style containers ideal for fresh storage. No wait to get a table, place is usually empty but every few minutes locals call or walk in and pick up a phone order. Special plates are GREAT versions of traditional plates ive had before. Friendly and fast service when you walk in. Give it a try.

We are visiting from out of town and checked out New Oceanic based on the google reviews. We sure are glad we did! This is some of the best Chinese food we have ever had. The combination rice was fantastic. I loved my garlic chicken and my husband said his sweet and sour chicken had a great sauce and crunch to it. The waitress couldnt have been sweeter either.

So cheap and fresh. I love the food here and the price is unbelievably cheap! As for people that complain about a small staff, how else do you expect a place with such great fresh food to be so cheap? Its only common sense. I have has no problems, the staff is friendly and wait is more then worth it for a delicous meal!

This review is specifically for delivery because Ive never actually ate inside. They make it pretty convenient with their online ordering and theres never been more than a 45 minute wait even though Im a bit of a drive. Good sized dishes and the price is right so this place will definitely stay a go-to.

This is my dads favorite chinese restaurant and now its mines. The service was really fast and the employees are really friendly. I wanted to try a little bit of everything, but I got so full from what we ordered. I will definitely come back soon!
