updated review: bumping up to 4 stars. recently went back and service was much better. food was still just as good. old review: 5 stars for the food but 3 stars for the service. Food is great, service can be very mixed. We watched several customers who were waiting for pick up orders being treated rather rudely by one of the servers (Jason). The other server who was more polite to us mentioned they were short staffed but this isnt the first time weve experienced impolite service there. Otherwise if youre willing to put up with some attitude, the Cantonese cuisine is pretty authentic and tasty.

Best Chinese cuisine in the North Natomas area. The restaurant itself is fairly small but its very nice and the staff are wonderful. Food was fantastic and the Generals Chicken (my personal favorite) was a smash all around the table. The only place well go for Chinese from now on.

Our go to Chinese restaurant in Natomas. Quality and quantity worsens over time. Believe the business has changed hands. Previously owner/chef has moved back to the bay area. Could explain why the change in quality and quantity.

Honestly it doesnt get better than this place. Natomas lacks DECENT places to eat and this is more than that. Dont waste your time and money trying out other Chinese food establishments when this one is right here.

Was under new management when i went, they were down at least one server and swamped for lunch. The food was well prepared and all the dishes were well seasoned. I would go again, but try to avoid the lunch crowd.

Authentic Cantonese cuisine w a flare for seafood. Make reservations in advance as its usually packed. One of the better Asian restaurants north of LA. Im from NYC and this is my #1 choice for Chinese/Cantonese.

9-15-2017 CF Cheng is managed by greedy individuals...this place has lost its quality, you cant even order salt and pepper shrimp without the top shell/skin off unless you pay an extra $4.

Always great Chinese food. Consistently good, the only knock is that there is no family style meal deals, only a la carte. Food is great, would definitely recommend!

A nice small restaurant closes to the high way from Reno to San Francisco, it is a goods place for lunch after hours of driving. Authentic Cantonese food.
