A friend and I went here to eat and received the worst chinese food Ive ever tasted (I wouldve said eaten but I refused to eat the food because it was so bad!)! The food was horrible and when we asked to talk to someone in charge the cook/owner came out and tried to say that we didnt want to eat our food because we had shared a small appetizer! Then the owner tried to give us 10% off our bill and I refused to pay for anything except the appetizer we had eaten! I would NEVER recomend this restaurant to anyone! (Not to mention the place was freezing cold and dirty.)

This is your standard chinese family restaurant. What is cool is that the waiter, who is Mexican, will remember you after a couple visits and he makes you feel welcome. He even tries to remember what you liked before. They have green beans in a brown sauce that is worth every penny. The Empress Chicken is best tried by someone who has no guilt or anxiety about dieting.

Great location for a Chinese food. The food is pretty good and for local Chinese food this is the best you can get for Prunedale, Aromas and Salinas area. Staff are friendly and the prices is good. My favorites are hot and sour soup and kong pao chicken.

They know how to cook vegitables. Try mixed vegitable or bean curd family style with BBQ pork or shrimp with vegitable. Price isreasonable, too.
