This In N Out will always have a special place in my heart, as its where I first tried the double double, the chocolate shake, those fresh cut, but not so great, fries. Having said that, I never go here. Why? The waits too damn long! This is how In N Out used to be, many moons ago. 2 drive thru lanes bookending the kitchen, a walk-up window with a few tables covered by umbrellas and a large structure to sit on while waiting for your particular order. I had to stomach this in my younger years, as this used to be the nearest In N Out location. Now, I just head to the one at the Long Beach Town Centre thats a sit down restaurant. Seriously, youre looking at waiting at least 20 minutes in your car, wasting gas & dreaming about being elsewhere. A few parking spaces, with street parking available, too. Service has been good, like at most In N Outs. The staff, for the most part, seem happy to be working there & helpful when needed. Just be careful not to hit one of them, as the right drive thru intersects between the kitchen &, I think, the supply room. Youll see employees scatter inbetween as the cars go by. I love me some In N Out, but with nearby sit down locations at the Long Beach Town Centre & across from Cerritos College, I cannot recommend coming here. Only if youre a purist, who has the nostalgia bug of yesteryear & wants the old school feel of the drive thru, as I imagine Sonic must be like, save yourself the hassle & go to one of the locations I previously mentioned.

If this wasnt the only In N Out nearby when Im jonesing for a double-double animal style and some animal fries, I would probably avoid this location most of the time.Logistically this place is a nightmare! There is only 1 driveway to enter into the property and if you just want to park for a to-go meal or eat at an outdoor table, you have to wait through the drive through line, which is always spilling out onto the side street and often blocking Bellflower. Actual time in the drive through is usually at least 20 minutes. The food comes out just as good here as any other In N Out though, so thats what keeps this place at 4 stars for me.

I gotta say Ive never seen an In-N-Out Burger Spot that has been empty its always busy theres always a light on theres always a way but we all know its always worth it I always order the same thing a number one which is a double cheeseburger with fries and a lemonade occasionally Ill go for the animal style fries this is always a great choice when youre looking for a cheap meal although its not necessarily a cheat meal I would say because its pretty healthy the meat the bread and the veggies that they used her to bad so if you are familiar with In-N-Out you will know that it is always busy but in the end it is always worth it

In N Outs in general are great. The food at this particular In N Out is no exception however, it is a little lacking when compared to other In N Outs in the area. There is no indoor seating. Only the double drive thru and outdoor seating. Both will have extremely long waits almost all the time (expect to wait a good half hour during peak times). Getting in n out (pun intended) of the drive thru is extremely difficult as well due to the fact that its located near a fairly busy intersection. Sometimes a double-double with fries and a shake is worth it though.

I love the food, but you guys really need to step up your service. in n out is a place that I really enjoy and I go there often, but they ALWAYS mess up my order. today, was ridiculous. I asked for a cheeseburger with grilled onions, and I got a double-double with extra peppers on it. my mouth and lips were burning. Im not going back until you guys fix this please, I only ordered one burger there should not be any mistakes.

Good food but horrid wait times. There is always a line of cars into the street, even after midnight so expect to wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes. This location has no indoor seating but does have a walk up window with a couple of outside tables. If you think you will get quicker service by parking and walking up, you wont. Drive through gets priority and you will still be waiting 20+ minutes for your food.

Cant say enough about In-N-Out and this particular branch does not fail to deliver. I enjoy the outside waiting area where you can sit to wait for your food. The only downsides are there are no inside eating seats but the parking lot is inviting to eat in your car and enjoy the great tasting food. They are incredibly generous and gave me 7 packets of spread with my 2 person order.

You cant go wrong with In-N-Out. Like most In-N-Out locations the lines are long, but worth the wait. The entrance to the drive thru window is on Bellflower. This location has a walk up window and a small eating area with six round tables (4 seats per table). The area is typically kept quite clean.

Their burgers maybe good but their waiting time sucks!!!!! For a chain that know that they get really busy should employ more staff n get better organize, plus spending on some signs to let people know that they have two lines to order will help a lot!!! I'm never coming back!!!!

The wait was alright but it was definitely not worth it. The burger came out cold, the fries were overcooked and the pink lemonade was watered down . . I was disappointed and did not expect this from In N Out. This was not the first time I received bad fries from them . .

Ordered at 11:25 my order was called at 11:40 and it was wrong so I have to wait even longer for them to fix it and my food is cold. The rhythm of this place is all of and I dont see anyone working together to get orders out. Io not suggest bothering to stop here

Very busy place that manages their composure. In other words despite being very busy, the staff manages to work with an upbeat positive attitude and keep a smile on while remaining courteous and respectful. Not to mention their fast, prompt service.

5 stars for the typical reliable in & out burger. In & out has a great following of loyal customers... Im sure they make of $... its the wait and the location that keeps me from visiting that particular location... so why not relocate????
