The restaurant is located in the Peters Landing complex, which I remember used to house the Red Onion back in the 80s . This restaurant is small, but when I went on a Thursday evening, there was not a wait. The menu has a large variety of options, including a Chefs Specials menu. I had the Chicken Tikka, which was prepared differently than what Ive had at other Indian restaurants. Here, the dish is made up of sliced white meat chicken breast (which I liked), served on a sizzling plate with onions and green peppers. The chicken was a bit dry, and I recommend getting a side of their marsala sauce to compensate for the dryness. The combination was delicious. They also offer a Chicken Tikka Marsala dish, but that has the chicken pieces served drowning in the sauce, which was a bit much. The Garlic Nan Bread was delicious, especially when dipped in the marsala sauce. Service here is very good, with plenty of staff to handle the small number of tables.

Came for a quick to go order and it was a very pleasant experience. One afternoon, we were craving Indian food, so we searched yelp and found this place. Ordered 2 entrees which came with side order of rice for take out. The restaurant staff were really nice, and patiently explained some of the items on the menu for me since Im not too familiar with all the names of the dishes. It took about 15min to get my food during which I got to sit down at one of the empty table and was even given water to drink while I waited, nice service! Came home with the food, and everything was delicious, cooked well and flavorful. The portions are large, and we got a decent amount of rice which is great! Definitely had alot of quality ingredients in the food, and we enjoyed it. They have great lunch specials, and we are definitely going back for that next time!

We ran across this on one of our PCH road trips. Great food from India and Nepal. The lamb is always tasty. The naan selections complement the meal nicely. My wife regularly orders the chicken tikka masala and keeps coming back for more. The mango lassi is excellent. The restaurant itself doesnt have a lot of tables but weve always been seated quickly. Its usually quiet and not brightly lit, so it can be romantic, but its also fine for families or small groups. Free parking in front of the restaurant. Behind is a small marina, which is a nice place to sit and relax afterward.

Best Indian food place around; very tasty and consistent. Ive ordered from here multiple times in the past few years, and have always been very happy with their food and delivery time. Naan is always fresh and very flavorful. All their meat dishes are cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice based on how you order it. Very happy with this place, and would recommend it to everyone.

This was one of the best dining experiences that I have had in a while! The food was outstanding, the environment welcoming and the service on point. The chef even came out to great us and make sure everything was to our liking. We ordered the dinner for two option so we could get a good taste of Nepalese cuisine. We will definitely be back for many more memorable meals.

The best Tibetan cuisine weve had! Really enjoyed everything we tried. I had one of their specials, grilled lamb, sizzling, brought right to the table with sauce on the side, just amazing. Give them a try, and if you are local you may have found a sweet spot by the beach to enjoy as often as you like. We will definitely stop in next time we are in the neighborhood.

Ive been to this place on several occasions, and usually its very positive, but today they gave me something completely different than what I asked. I ordered Mixed Veggie Korma and instead they brought out some odd tomato sauce based stuff eith veggies in it. I even asked the waiter if he was sure it was Korma and he insisted this was Korma :-/

Super fast service when I called for pick up, was really stoked that their paneer tikka masala was so good (if you like Masala Dosas korma, then youll like this, too). Its nice to finally have a food Indian place back in the Upper Haight. Looking forward to trying their other entrees.

This was my first time at a place like this. It was a little pricey but the food was ok. Seems like something you have to be used to in order to really like. Service was great and the place is really nice, but I probably wont be back unless a friend wants to try something new.

I live near Huntington Harbour and this is our local Indian takeout. Never had a bad thing here. My usual order is Chicken Tikka and Vindaloo Shrimp. Yummy. The garlic and Himalayan naans are delicious and filling. I always order on Eat24 which is super easy.

Did not even give me plasti-ware for my to-go order and it was not ready when they promised. Overly priced but, delicious and I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and did not get any Naan with the order. Ill go to a different Indian restaurant next time.

Great service, excellent food. Bisal and Aditya were so friendly and kind, they even let us use their wi-fi as we were travelling and gave us some good local recommendations.

Good solid Tibetan food. My go to is the Lamb Chau Chau. It is not the cheapest place to get indian food but it is worth it in my opinion.

One of the better Indian places in OC and I try many in the area. No buffet but the $10-12 lunch specials are good.
