Calling to ask whether the lobby was still open, or if it was just the drive thru. After letting it ring untill it hung up the first time the second time they asked me to hang on one moment because the Spanish speaking employee didnt understand the question. I stayed on hold until they hung up on me or their phone hung up automatically. I called back and it rung through to hang up again. Pathetic service. Get a call center if your employees are going to be that bad at answering the phone.

Great place. I have never had an issue here with anything or any of the workers. Its never been too long of a wait in the drive through. And lastly they have saves me many times from the evil workers from McDonalds right next door!

Best Taco Bell in Seal Beach. Ive come in here maybe four times and they already know my order. The staff is very friendly and competent. Its always clean in there. Fast service and awesome food.

The food and the restaurant is nice, however some of the employees were very rude and were not respectful at all. Except the Jaime guy he was nice. Jaimes cool. Give him a promotion.

Location is bad on PCH you have to fight traffic to get into the little spot. Difficult leaving Taco Bell parking lot also.
