They stereotype short. Changed me on.food manager David said oh my god when.i.called said he would replace food never did I no longer go there i contacted corporate they made a mockery of my calling i saw one employee buying drugs off gang member named shaggy who told me in.passing on.sidewalk they are my friends give me food all the time

I like this place a lot. Great burgers. And a bargain for the location. Id normally only give it 4 stars because its a chain restaurant with the typical above average service and consistency but lacking in character. But because of the excellent location and comparatively low prices, Ill say that theyre my go to restaurant in Laguna Beach.

My friends and I had the best time at this Johnny Rockets!! OUTSTANDING service!!! We had the waiter named "Wes"!!!! He was so nice and funny!!!! A perfect waiter! You should definitely ask for him when you go!!!!! He made our day so much better! Thank you Wes!!!!

Great location and very popular, directly across from Main Beach Park and of course the ocean. Food is very reasonable especially for the area. This is a good family environment and tasty American Fast food with a special diner style that is loved by Americans.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Ive never laughed sooo hard at a restaurant! We had the best waiter! You should definitely ask for "Wes" when you go! He is sooo funny and soooo sweet! He deserves an appreciation award (and a raise)! Thanks Wes!

Took forever to get our drinks like a half hour get water and food at the same time as drinks and shakes after we Our food, and the fries had been siting out for a long time and were soggy. Would not recommend eating here.

We literally had to wait an hour for a burger and fries and there wasnt even that many people in the restaurant. The waitress was nice and seemed apologetic but we could tell the cook was lazy and slow... :/

Great place, in a cool location by the beach. Initially, I ordered 2 shakes with an order.. after realizing I didnt get the 2 shakes, I informed the manager and he gave me a 3rd one for free!

The last two times Ive gone there was only one waitress and one cook. It took a while just to put in a drink order, and took way to long to get 2 burgers.
