After the remodel and menu changes and extreme changes (considerable reduction) in the wait staff...this place has been ruined. Go somewhere else. Otherwise have fun in the dimly lit sports bar experience they have created. The bright and cheerful feeling has been wiped away with this cold and sterile environment. This is no longer your usual Family Restaurant and due to the reduction in Staffing services the overall experience has become poor and pales in comparison to what it was before the remodel cutbacks in Staffing. Its the same mistake that other restaurant chain made around the corner that begins with a C and ends with illis. Both chains have stepped in the wrong direction if they think they are the same kind of family restaurants they were back in the day.

Ramen burger! Thats all I really have to say. :) Well, OK, I have a little more to say. The burger was cooked great and was sandwiched between two ramen "buns" that were toasted. The texture on the ramen bun is a BIT strange (since its noodles and not bread!) but after a few bites I was hooked. What an awesome way to eat a burger! Its messy though, so expect to get your hands a little dirty. Id like to give a special shout out to the servers there--the place was SWAMPED (it was a Friday night), and they were absolutely awesome. It wasnt just our server either--anyone who passed by offered to top off our drinks or "bottomless" fries. A great surprise on a busy night!

So went in tonight with the family. Started off great, but it didnt last. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. Ordered some coffee and it was cold. When we finally got our food, we had no utensils and the food came out ice cold. Not only that but one of the sides was wrong. Asked for the correct side 3 different times...never got it. I told the server that the food was cold. His solution was to bring hot fries out 20 minutes later. No manager sent out and our server was so embarrased about our service his solution was to ignore us. To say the least I was extremely disappointed in our visit tonight.

Went with a large group of colleagues from work, to celebrate a Birthday, during our lunch hour. I called an hour ahead, to ask for a table to be set up, and I was told by Madison that Red Robin does not do that. When we got there, it took a very long time for us to be seated, even though it was not busy at all. When we asked the host what was going on, he told us it was taking a long time because we did not call ahead. WHAT?!? The only redemption was our server, who truly did her best to get our food to us quickly and our checks paid quickly, so we could get back to work.

I met two of my best childhood friends in San Dimas at Red Robin today! One friend I havent seen for about 18 years and the other probably 30 years or so! We had a wonderful time! Ordered a compilation of appetizers to munch on while we remembered the "good old days" together! Food was great (as usual) but the reason for this review was our server ... Kathryn S. !!! She was great!! That about sums it up! I would hope her manager realizes what a "gem" she is! Thanks to Kathryn for being a part of a great reunion between myself and two of my childhood friends!

I took my kids to dinner tonight to celebrate my daughters good grades. Everything was fine at first but then everything went down hill. First the refills on the drinks stopped, then we became invisible...for twenty minutes. I asked the busboy if he could ask our waitress to stop by and she still wouldnt come! I finally had to walk up to her and ask her for the check. That was my last visit to the RR in San Dimas.

Their burger have gotten smaller ever since they did their bottomless fries. And their fries were not really bottomless cause it took for ever to get a refill. They brought out one basket at a time. And in the basket was like maybe 20 pieces. Im sure they can make tons of fries easily. They should of be prepared to offer stuff like this. And server took a long time to get back to us.

The staple foods or burgers and fries are hard to go wrong with. I had a Black and Bleu burger which was tasty and a rootbeer float. The service however was lacking as it seemed as though they sent servers home early and the server we had was having a hard time coping and was missing little things that on a well staffed day Im sure she would have done just fine with.

Always a seat open in the bar area during lunch. No drink required. It is perfect for 2 looking to get a bite to eat. Huge menu, good service, bottomless fries. The bartenders come take your order if you sit in the bar and they are all kind, fast, knowledgeable, and fun if you start up a conversation. We eat here to way to often.

We got a piece og latex glove in our food although it wasnt cooked with it ...it still had no business being in our plate...3-4 weeks later the news said they had to close down due to a "weird odor" Deepfried latex gloves!? They usually really really good but i would probably go across the street to Apple Bees instead..

Had a burger here and there was a rock in it that cracked my tooth and when i told the manager she tried to convince me it was not a rock it was char from the grill and break into it with her nail but failed because it was a rock and if my tooth failed to break it then so would her nail

Wouldve given it five stars but my gf complained about the sauce on a burger and the manager came over and was so condescending i cant believe I didnt start yelling. Otherwise a wonderful staff and the food is usually on par with what youd expect..... Youre moneys worth.

I might be able to give a better review if the hostesses werent so unorganized. Jessica would rather flirt then help get the full lobby seated. And the guy is no help at all. Just watching as customers funnel in the door. This is the poorest I have seen a host stand.

I love Red Robin and Ill come to this location for lunch occasionally. The staff is quick during the lunch times and handle you well. Ill come in, sit in the bar area and Im only AT the restaurant for about 30-40 minutes, perfect for an hour lunch break.

Bad experience! I bought a burger to go, and when I opened the top bread was totally broken. I do not recommend to buy for to go, because Im sure, if I was at the table they wont give me this burger. I wish I could post the picture of the burger.

the quality of Red robin had steadily gone down. They changed their look a little and with it went the original quality. The bet selection really dried up. Judy not a great place any more and the portions decreased as well. Too bad...

Loved my server Kristi. Seems like she likes people and isnt there just for the money. She seemed genuinely interested in my needs and me. I love the steak fries always too! I did escape before a birthday song last time I went.:o)
