[CATERING REVIEW] We had our corporate lunch catered from from LA Bites. Ordered: Teriyaki Chicken & Steak -- Cubed and ultra dry meats. A bit tough to chew as well. Hibachi Shrimp & Steak -- The shrimp was decent compared to the chicken and steak. The Hibachi Steak looked no different than the Teriyaki Steak. Not sure if they doubled it up. Fried Rice -- This was a brown fried rice that kind of clumped together. Not a fan. Vegetables -- This was a medley of broccoli and carrots. These were fine, no browning, good crunch. I didnt even finish my plate :( Wouldnt order again from this place.

They should submit their chicken to the Pentagon as a ration substitute, for as dry as it was I have no doubt it would last for years. Slathering it in teriyaki couldnt keep it from trying to rehydrate itself using liquids from my body..

Really good food! I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken small plate and it was delicious! Although, for a small plate, it sure did have a lot of food (which is a good thing).
