It was a horrible experience. My family and I decided to go to IHOP before heading out to L.A. for a soccer game. When we got to IHOP we ordered our food and waited, then there were more and more people coming into the restaurant sitting around us. We noticed that we have been waiting 55 min for our food while all the people who arrived 20 min later than us got theirs. We finally had to leave the restaurant without getting served yet because if we had waited any longer we would have been late to the game. I left unhappy and super hungry because I hadnt eaten that morning expecting to eat at IHOP.

Overall I would say this location has been good in my opinion. Sundays are crowded in the AM but the staff has been friendly. Through the week IHOP normally has a breakfast special announced on the window. The selection for 55+ seems to have been condensed but I cant say for certain.

Good food but took your long to bring out and there where probably 8 customers and the waiter well he he aint getting a tip he never refilled our coffee and came once to ask if we needed anything all bad.

Absolutely terrible service, waited for food to be done for a long time just for them to say one of the toppings was unavailable and had to leave. They should maybe check that before making it?
