I was there on Wednesday for their kids eat free. I was expecting a wait, but there virtually wasnt one. First we ordered the 24 wing deal with four sauces. Then the runner brought our food, he delivered a sampler platter with the four sauces we wanted on the wings. So they took back the sampler and reordered the 24 wings. The waitress didnt bring extra paper plates to place the bones or extra napkins. When our food arrived, the naked chicken tenders werent cooked/covered with the sauce ordered with it. My wifes grilled chicken salad didnt arrive until everyone was practically finished eating. We repeatedly asked the waitress about the salad, and she said it was coming. However it didnt until I went to the front counter to ask for the manager. The guy at the counter acted like this was something customers should expect. When I spoke to the manager about everything, he said he would take care of it. When the bill came he took off the sampler platter (we never ate it-but acted like he was doing us a favor) and gave us 50% off the bill. The wings were good, but the rest of the food was just ok. If we return, it would be for take-out of only wings. The Hot BBQ sauce was good.

For a new restaurant trying to gain loyal customers, it is the worst service I have received in a long time. The staff obviously has no prior experience in the restaurant business as typical things are overlooked. We had to tracked down our own napkins and eating utensils since our waiter failed to provide it on numerous requests. We asked the appetizer be delivered first, but everything was brought at one time. We tried getting assistance from others working there, but they ignore you. The quality and presentation of the food was sub-par; I felt like I was ripped off, that is why I am taking the time to write this review. Next time my family has a chicken wing craving, we are going back to Wing Stop.

I had been ordering from this place like every Thursday for about two months always ordered at 1:35 to be specific because I get out of work at that time all of a sudden these two times Ive called recently theyve told me they took their last call already.. First time I called usual time 1:35 so then today 08/17/2016 I called ten minutes earlier and the lady who answered says "we already took our last call ten minutes ago" Im sorry but you guys close til 2:00! And the wings do not take long to do every single time Ive called at 1:35 I get there at 1:47ish and my wings are done already I call this bullshit and lazyness they just wanna go home early sorry but this is your job!!!!

After reading multiple negative reviews, our expectations for our first visit were fairly low but we were pleasantly surprised for the most part. We had read about extremely poor service, but our service was just fine and we especially liked our waiter (Timothy). We went on a Tuesday night for the 55 cent wings. Our waiter was prompt and friendly and happy to let us sample the different sauces. My husband wasnt crazy about the atmosphere and decor and I didnt care for my Bloody Mary which tasted very bland, but other than that, we were pleased with the the food, the value and the service. We plan to go back.

Ive been coming to this place for a very long time. The management is always respectful to my family and i as we all come in separately on occasion. Sometimes if you sit in long enough you see some customers come in that are just looking to be difficult. Which, respectively, every business has. The wings are some of the best in town, i dont say that lightly. The fries are always cooked fresh and the burgers are also good and tasty. Respect goes both ways, usually if you are kind to the people behind the counter, they will dish the same to you.

This place is good when you find the flavors you like, and weve always had great service at the bar. Ordering from the app or at the counter has provided very mixed/bad results. Also when that Korean restaurant across the lot is complete I would give up all hope of being able to park in that already tiny cramped parking lot. Short of renovating the lot, they need to at least re-math their lines to actually fit a normal compact car. Pretty goofy. I recommend ubering here and sitting at the bar. The whole restaurant should be bar.

Food is good, but service sucks. I asked for a booth, but I was just told to wait, even I could literally see a vacant booth!!! When I asked to have the table wiped down, the employee who did it showed terrible attitude. Whats more, my mom left her phone at the table, and so when I called BWW, they simply asked for my name and phone number and never returned the call! I called the number of the missing phone, and I expected one of the employees to pick it up, which no one did... My mom and I had to go pick it up ourselves.

Really disorganized servicing. I paid online at 5pm. Pickup scheduled for 530pm to bring to a game that starts at 6pm. Get there at 524pm, tell them Im there to pick up a paid order. They continue taking other walk in orders after me, ring them up answer phone orders then go to check on my order when they feel like it. All the while my order has been sitting on the kitchen counter getting cold. I had enough time to type this up for 20 minutes. Poor excuse of a management. Not buying here again.

Wings are best when you order them with sauce on the side. Skin stays crispy, and you can control how much sauce you want. I originally was in love with their Mango Habanero, but its kind of lost its luster for me. Garlic Parmesan, and the dry Salt/Vinegar are pretty good. Service is also hit or miss, We usually sit at the bar, and those cats are cool. Game days, this place is packed! Parking also sucks, and super small spots. Itll be worse then the Korean spot opens.

Shiek and Morgan gave us amazing service tonight. Huge shout out for Buffalo Wild Wings. We were soo impressed with the prompt, friendly service and tag teaming these gentlemen did we went out of our way to allow the manager know as well. OH YES the food. The boneless strawberry siracha (seasonal) wings are awesome. I totally drank my blackberry limeade down (awesome non-alcoholic drink). We will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!

Went their for happy hour the place is nice I like the TVs Nd the sporty environment waited at least 25 minuets on the table three servers working the area and the manager standing by the wall o felt no one can see us and we did not exist lol then went to the bar and asked for draft beer and it $8 asked why the answer was just missed the happy hour ended 5 minute ago o will never go their again

Food was horribly bad, the lettuce on the sald was warm and not cold and fresh. My blue cheese dressing was really warm and the wings werent hot most likely the food was seating on the window for a long time. When i ask the manager for another blue cheese he gave me another just like the past one, he didnt even bother on checking if they were cold. Not coming again to this location.
