Unfortunately, this place was horrible. Oak Tree Lanes gave me and my girlfriend a bad experience, not once but twice (second time being my last). We paid about $32 (cant remember exact price) for their "special" which was 3 hrs I believe. As we were bowling, we noticed the score keeper was malfunctioning. It wasnt keeping accurate scores. Every time we gutter a ball it would mark 4 pins and if we would hit 7 pins, it would only mark 3, it was way off. It was frustrating because we like to compete with each other. So, I asked them if they can fix it multiple times politely and all they did was move me lanes; however, it kept happening. Less than an hr passed by and we were already fed up. So, I went to get a refund and they didnt want to give me one. Instead they gave me 4 coupons for free games. So, I was content. We wait about a week or so and go again on may 5th, 2017. This time with my girlfriend and her little brother. As we give the blonde female employee the coupons, I kinda felt a negative vibe. But I ignored it. She gave us the shoes and forgot to tell us what lane we were on or how long we have to bowl. Finally, we figured things out and started playing. The score keeper was working well and we here having a good time until the machine kept getting stuck and didnt return our balls. This happened multiple times and took quite a while for them to fix it each time. The thing is that i dont think it was malfunctioning. I honestly believe it was intentional. I dont think it was a coincidence that our lane was the only lane having problems and that they were being very negligent with us. It was really frustrating that we chose to leave, even though we had more time left. There isnt anything I can really do. I wont sue them for $32. Thats ridiculous like their services. Therefore, I am here sharing this experience to make whoever is reading this aware and I hope no one spends their hard working money to be treated like this like we did.

Oak Tree Lanes is located on N Diamond Bar Blvd. and Highland Rd. Their building is the biggest one on the lot. There is a lot of spaces to park but can be difficult during Tuesday when they have their league. Oak Tree Lanes is a quaint looking bowling alley. I used to come here a lot when I was young. But now a days, it is just too sloppy. The majority of their bowling balls are cracked, uneven and dirty. Their workers have the look of, "I hate my job." However, most of the time, they are indeed helpful. My reason for their 2 stars is this: Their food service. I ordered 6 different entrees and after I paid, the kid told me that I HAVE TO tip him. I laughed thinking it was a joke, but he was serious and snarked at me for even questioning him. I spoke to the manager and as he refunded me my money, he made it seem like I was the one who was wrong. Unbelievable. M-F before 5:00PM, their hourly rate is $18.00 or $3.50 per game. M-F after 5:00PM, their hourly rate is $24.00 or $4.50 per game. All in all, this WAS the spot when I was in high school ten years ago, but not a spot Id bowl at anymore. Id prefer to bowl somewhere else. Overall: Service: 2 Taste: 1 Cleanliness: 5

We have been playing at Oak Tree Lanes for many year, however, we were treated badly today (2/12/17). The employees had very bad attitude when our lane had "blackout". We waited at least 20 minutes for them to fix the problem but nobody cared about us. We wanted some compensation on the minutes but they said they can only give us 5 minutes and they still do not know when the problem can be fixed. It is only $25 per hour and I am OK with the mone, but I cannot tolerate the attitude they treated their customers.

Slightly outdated bar with decent pool tables and video dart boards. Just remember to bring your darts cuz ppl break the tips quickly and they dont have them available sometimes. People are always playing good music on the jukebox and management is cool. The security guard is a joke but hes fun to make fun of. Paul Blart spammy type thinks hes a cop. Hes cool though. Go here after work and have a few sometimes with a few co workers, not a bad place.

Oak Tree Lanes is a cozy bowling alley. They do have daily specials but might be on the more expensive side. We found it difficult to spin balls here maybe due to excessive buffing. In addition the pins malfunctioned a lot in some of the lanes but the staff was understanding and compensated for it. Overall it was a great experience here.

This bowling alley is fun, but old. They do not really have any of that new tech bowling stuff, but this isnt a deal breaker. Their prices are fair, and staff is nice. Only thing I did not like was the cleanliness of the restrooms. Besides that, its a great place to go bowl if youre not looking for that high tech scene.

This is a great place to bring the family for fun. They have bowling of course, an arcade, pool tables, small cafe and a sports bar with outside and inside accessibility. I have been coming here since it opened when I was a kid, Im now 50 and still go there, hope it will be a great experience for everyone

I specifically did not tip the bar tender because of how moody they were. They ended up forging a "tip" on my account as I found out while over viewing my card statement. How Disrespectful, both for being a terrible bartender, and then for stealing money.

First time bowling at Oak Tree. I bowled the senior no tap game. The employees were friendly and helpful and the bowlers were all very nice. I struggled with the new Lanes but thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will try it again.

A wonderful place to spend the day! Bowled my first 200 game there. Very clean, and Oak Trees staff members are very professional. I can get some great prices with my members reward card. Try the garlic fries, YUMMY!!!

Computerized scoring. Pizza and cocktails, loud music, high prices, but what you would expect from any bowling alley in the world. The places that time forgot. Good time with friends though.

Love this place. They continue to improve the areas that need it. Great people in charge. Seniors have a great social time every Tuesday and Thursday morning.

What can you say, its a bowling alley :P The bar here is just a divvy but laid back place. The lanes are in good condition, and the beer is inexpensive.

A family place where u can enjoy your self with your family I gave it a 4 starts just because I think the food and beer are a bit pricey.
