Loved it ever since they opened up this place about 2 years ago. Has not disappointed at all. Great way to get a relatively cheap meal pretty quickly and it WILL fill you up! I just make my own pizza. Their pre-made ones expedite the process. I like cheese A LOT so I have mostly a cheese-y pizza with some veggies. They have a ton of topping choices for those who like variety or who are picky. The line can get long during peak/rush hours, but its worth the wait. Th pizza is made quickly. Like within 5 minutes of ordering, you have a hot pizza ready to go! The pizza crust is always thin. Thats the best way IMO. They have a variety of toppings and sauces. The prices are very good for college students. Convenient and quick. Recommended for a quick lunch spot!

Closest Pieology like place to UCI. Tip: Avoid this place when UCI is in session, the line is excessive. Dont get me wrong I am not afraid to stand in line for an hour for good food, I do my fair share elsewhere. This place is just not worth it. Food: food is good, they have the cheese, they have the sauce, they have the pepperoni. It is hard to get pizza wrong, and if they do, it is probably your fault to be honest. You are the creator after all. Service: Not so great, one of my biggest issues was being limited by the amount of the ingredients I wanted. Maybe some people were taking advantage but hey, Pieology is never stingy with their toppings.

Asked for gluten free, cook touched other pizzas before moving mine (and directly touching it). Having celiac I cannot tolerate it. They offered to remake, and the cook dropped another pizza on top of mine after waiting twice as long for it. Had them cut the part off. If you set a precedent of offering gluten free and even changing gloves to avoid contamination then perhaps the cook should be paying attention too. I really like this place, but making the same mistake twice in the same visit is unacceptable.

We are in the world of customizing our food. It probably started from Starbucks, I dont know. I mentioned it on other reviews but I personally not a huge fan of customers having too much options when it comes to food. At the same time, I enjoyed Blaze for the quality it brings and the value you get from having a personalized pizza at an affordable price. Because of these qualities, Blaze definitely trumps Rays and what used to be Z Pizza at UTC.

Pizza here is very good, but a person how was make pizza for me to day was rude. I did not see the name tag, and after 3pm she hide, so photo without her. When she ask me something I did not heard and I ask again, after she was doing the same with me, all vegetables what I ask she was reasking me! Good pizza, average service, affordable price.

This place is great. Pizzas made personally in a line situation similar to Chipotle. Even though they are customized, they come out pretty quick and the ingredients are awesome and fresh. Its pretty much on campus at UCI, so most of the employees and patrons are students, which can get a little obnoxious. But its totally worth going anyway.

I love this place. Thin pizza, loads of stuff on top of your choice, and heated up to just the best point for you. I once ordered it as red source/white source half/half, and when adding meat they asked me to put on which side- surprisingly offering me the chance to build even more creative combinations of ingredients. Love it :D

Blaze is my favorite custom pizza place, and I am so glad there is one right across the bridge from UCI campus. Whenever I am craving pizza, this is my go-to spot. Im a major fan of their crispy crust, so if you are a thin crust kind of person, definitely check out Blaze!

We called this place the "Subway for Pizzas," because you could basically put a billion things on your pizza for next to no cost. They make personal pizzas flash-cooked in a wood oven, and have tons of great vegan and non-dairy options. The pizza itself is pretty good!

The pizza is always good, but they should work on customer service. They rush you when making your pizza and talk too quietly to hear over the music and people. Also, there is one employee that is always rude/in a bad mood (she made the pizza in the picture).

Staff was nice dispite being very busy, (line out the door). The pizza was a good deal for the price. And it really didnt take that long to get say maybe 10-12 minuets. Also pretty tasty. Parking was not easy.

This is NOT pizza! If I wanted fake crust, I would of gone to the frozen food isle. Build ur own as in they are cheap on the portion of meat and sauce they give u. It was so dry and burnt. :(
