Poor service, dirty menus, dirty tables it was my birthday & I choose this restaurant for the lobster but my special ocacion turn it to a horrible experience the waitress was overwhelmed, she was not attentive, her hands had brocken & dirty Brown nails, it took 15 min to offer anything, like appetizers, she did not offer any ideas for drinks, she got our oder wrong my mother does not drink alcohol & she gave her a drink with alcohol she got very sick from it & my drink did not have a srandard amount of alchohol my son had get up & got the bartender to add some alcohol & had to buy more cuase it was not up to par, when our food came to the table the tray that the waiter had a big fly came out of our food plate & I ask what is that & she clean it with her hand that gross me out there was no apology or an excuse we were hungry but the food was way to grease & biscuits to salty over all we left half the food I feel like throwing up...I never though that this would happened @ a restaurant such this the bill $156.00 I dont recommend this place not even to.my worst anemy the employee were expressing so impolite about customers saying something like this b$@! is very demanding who the f@$! She think she is well I gave this place a change now I have such bad impressio, I feel sick to my stomach & management need to take a look or they loose so many customers like they lost us...one star is not even a rate but there is no 0 stars to give.

Rating of 3 Stars is due to the quality and presentation of food. Yesterday I dined here for dinner. I was seated after about a 40 minute wait. That did not bother me as it was Sat night and it is a popular dining establishment. I ordered a surf and turf item. Peppercorn steak with skewered shrimp. According to the menu the steak was large and accompanied by 2 skewers of large shrimp. When my plate arrived, the steak was petite, almost engulfed by the single scoop of mashed potatoes it was inadvertantly sitting in, as opposed to being beside. The shrimp was also on the plate, alas, only one skewer. I asked if there was one missing and was informed in a polite response... No. Despite there showing 2 on the menu image. I did quietly begin my meal. The vegetable of the day was broccoli, served quite Al Dente. Rather un-denti to be honest. Barely cooked at all and inedible. I understand they had every table in the place occupied and were pushing food out as fast as possible, but it was a fail in my book. I spent nearly $40 on my meal and tip, but was much less than satisfied. Buyer beware!

It was a girls night out & it was my friends birthday. We had never been to any red lobster before & i was a little skeptic because all the red lobsters have mostly bad reviews. My friend & i had a great experience. The wait wasnt long at all on a friday night in mid march. The menu had a lot of great options. My friend brought her baby with her so they gladly insisted & assisted moving us from a booth near the kitchen & bar to the main dining area. Our servers helped us pick out entrees & explained them too. The wait for the food wasnt bad at all. The food and drinks were great. The bathroom sink could use a little maintance bc water spewed everywhere. But overall we had a great time. I would gladly go back :)

Bad choice for a Sunday night. Wait time was not as long as expected since several people before us decided to leave. Server kept forgetting about what we requested and didnt clear the table of appetizer dishes, just left it up to us to stack unwanted dishes on our crowded table until she was ready to give us the bill. All salads we were served had too much dressing. Cesar salad dressing tasted like mayonnaise with salt. Fish and chips were terrible- fish over cooked, fries tasted freezer burned and were cold, couldnt get more tartar sauce to cover up the bad taste. Dont plan to return any time soon.

미국에서 랍스터 먹기에는 Red Lobster만한데도 없죠. LAX에서 10~15분 거리라 비행편 시간에 맞추어 느긋하게 먹을 수 있어 위치도 좋은 것 같습니다. Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less (의류, 신발, 운동화 등 이것저것 할인 판매점) 포함한 크지 않은 몰과 같이 있어서 식사 후 간단한 쇼핑도 함께 가능합니다.

Very bad experience. When we finally got our table we had to wait 20 min before we got our order taken, after a 45min wait we got served. Thats the only instance our waiter checked in on us. Meanwhile all tables around us got entertained several times. The waiter was rude and rather simple. Many of the dishes were not available because they apparently ran out of the goods. They also billed us a couple things that were not ordered. The caveat here is; dont go there if youre white. Youll experience racism in the form of utter rudeness and distain.

Went with my family for dinner and I absolutely love how the staff was with me. I am extremely allergic to shellfish an asked for the steak. The manager came out an spoke with me on how the steak is cooked and although the chef would be cleaning the grill before cooking my food he didnt want my food to be contaminated with anything and felt it would be in my best interest to get something thats cooked in a pan. I truly appreciate that he went out of his way too do that and explaining it to me.

This is a really disgusting restaurant the service is really really really bad my wife found a hair and her food it looks like all the employees were just standing around and they dont care about their customers the wait was like 1 hour and half and they ruined my Saturday dont go to this filthy place I promise you are gonna have a really bad experience ......they should close down this restaurant if you want to call it that .... .......?

Jai pris le homard sauvage ( le plus chère à 35$) . Dommage que la cuisson était raté , seul le milieu était moelleux tout le reste une semelle. A ce prix la il doit y avoir un effort de cuisine tout de même.

Upon first experience here. No one greeted or asked how many were in my party. One waitress walked up to the front desk looked at my party then said someone else was on her way. Another waitress approached us and still did not acknowledge. They both stood there having a conversation and moving slowly. But after a while their service improved. After being seated our waitress was nice and the food was great.

The food was really bad. My shrimps tasted reheated, like fresh out of the microwave . They were stale and hard. The fries were cold. The shrimp scampi had oil sitting on the bottom of the plate. Some of the noodles were hard. It was disgusting. It also took about an hour to get the food. The employees sat across from us talking very loudly and using profanity.i do not recommend ANYONE to come here!

Because our food was late, it was lukewarm and the majority of our orders were incorrect. It was 11 of us and majority of the opinions were the same, unhappy with the service and the food. And my father-in-laws food never even came out! And just so you know Red Lobster is a favorite of ours,we visit Torrance and Riverside Red Lobsters on majority of the holidays and our monthly eat out day.
