sad and disappointed but today’s service really dipped below my tolerable scale. ive been coming here for years for their spicy fried rice and pad see yew – quality’s been good for as long as I can remember. Then pricing went up several times but still ok for good tasting food, understandable – heck, gas price goes up too. Then they start going into smaller packaging. They even tried explaining it’s the same size. Give me a break – does anyone else buy that, common I’m an engineer - detail is in my blood. Ok, still tolerable – why not. Today, I ordered beef pad see yew and chicken fried rice. When I arrived, order wasn’t even cooked – now there’s none and no to go order being cooked, in the kitchen. Okay I get it, payment first before cooking. Ok fine. 15 mins wait, oh well, luckily I’m not pressed for time. So I made my payment (I also added a side of white rice, $1.65 WOW for plain white rice). So 15 mins later, order’s ready, they bagged my order with the free ice tea. In the car, I opened it and of course ice tea spilled (mostly ice anyway). So found out, they had used chicken instead of beef in the pad see yew. So I took it back, pointed it out to them. So they apologized and took it back to the kitchen. I saw them fished the chicken out with their bare fingers. I told them, stop, forget it, Give it back, it’s fine. But that is just so gross. Now why on earth wouldn’t you just cook a new batch with the beef. They’re willing to lose a long time very patient customer over an order of pad see yew. Unbelievable. Granted they probably thought I was in a hurry. Well then, in that case, the right thing to do is to ask your customer. How do I make it right, can you wait while I cook you another batch would have been better. I just can’t believe it. I left in disgust – didn’t even want a refund. That’s it, today, this place really did it… not coming back. There are other places like Thai Soho on PCH in Lomita and Royal Thai Cuisine on Crenshaw in Torrance. I tried these 2 places and found food to be equivalent. Now I see why Thai Food To Go is losing customers left and right. They just lost my business. Too bad.

I was initially very skeptical about the food, especially after having couple of bad experiences in trying many other thai restaurants. so far I have tried their spicy fried rice, its just perfect, very authentic. The thai ice tea was complimentary, that was very good as well. I am yet to try out other dishes, but I am a spicy fried rice lover, I have tried this dish in many other restaurants and I was always disappointed, but this place delivered an excellent dish. It wasnt greasy like other places offered. Tasty food. Coming from India, I like this spicy Thai cuisine next to Indian cuisines. I have found my favorite Thai place now. Note: They have a minimum order of $15.00 to deliver, anything less needs to be picked up. They dont have dine in facility.

The food was amazing! The service was even better!! Beware if using plastic to pay...$15 min order to charge...I did not know this going into it, and had no cash and my cc acted up taking several times to be accepted...the nicest lady in the world was working, gave me a pass on the $15 min order and-tried my card 3 times for me before it was accepted.

Awesome Thai food in the Sunset...place is pretty tiny but adequate. I never liked anything with coconut in it (I hate coconut) but their coconut milk chicken curry is fantastic, I actually dumped all the sauce on my rice after the chicken was gone.

Its one the best Thai food in this area and very reasonably priced. We had red and green curry. They had the perfect balance of flavors and spices. Second time we had golden bags for appetizers and they were tasty!
