I always enjoy coming here with my fiancé but this time my experience was completely different first off to begin with it took a long time to get drinks and unfortunately our server was Britney . From the start i could tell she was out of character she was acting like she was under the influence of some type of drug or intoxicated i try to give her the benefit of the doubt and continued to enjoy my dinner but as she was doing her checkins it was becoming highly obvious there was something wrong with this girl so i kindly asked for boxes cause i no longer felt comfortable being in the same atmosphere as her. After she brought the boxes i felt relieved because I no longer had to interact with her odd behavior and paranoia. One other thing that upset me was when the manager brought the check didnt even care to ask how the meal was or if there was a problem so in my eyes that supports bad costumer service for its employees and it shows they dont have high expectations for there workers. Hope theres a resolution to this matter and this company is more aware to the people they hire because the food was great but we couldnt enjoy ourselves due to the issues at hand.

This Olive Garden is one of the better ones as far as ambience. I suppose I would call it a theme version. Its called Tuscan farmhouse. Is located on the west side of the street and it is best to approach the restaurant from the north side. The parking is in back but you walk around the building to the front. the front could be a nice place to wait in the afternoon its nice and shady. the insides very nice and the seating area is comfortable. they have Wi-Fi here as well as wheelchair access. We had a nice server who was very accommodating though in general the service was a little bit slow do 2 weekend Prime dinner time. When I initially got my order it was wrong but they were quick to fix it. Also due to it being busy the dishes started to accumulate and even with 3 people at a 4-person table it was getting a little packed with dishes. My server made sure to ask me if I want a refill but unfortunately it was near the very end of my meal. Still.... the thought was appreciated. The restaurant is nice and the food was good. Excuse the service for being slow because dinner time Rush. Four stars.

First time here, we place an order online at 6:30pm to be picked up at 7:30pm. Arrive there, to be told a particular dish it is not ready. Fair enough. We wait another 30 mins in the lobby, walk up to cancel that dish, and are informed none of the hot food is ready, nor has it even been started. 1.5hrs, no progress. We leave, not creating a stink. So we decide to give it a second chance, we get seated after 30 mins (on a Tuesday, plenty of open tables) wait 30 minutes to place our order. As we are sitting there waiting for our food, I feel a tickle on my foot. Look down, and see a cockroach crawling near my foot. Needless to say, we promptly exited. This place is a prime example of a decent restaurant in a great location, very poorly managed. Servers are generally very sweet and apologetic, but the ability to process orders or keep people on staff to keep the place properly clean and prompt, is sorely lacking. If you get sick after eating here, I cant say Id be surprised.

My wifes surprise birthday party was nearly ruined by the staff, and their rules. First off, they dont take reservations for large parties or special occasions. I had some friends get there an hour early, to reserve and decorate the tables. When they were finally seated, the manager began harassing them to order something or leave. This was after they explained what was going on and that the remaining guests (including the guest of honor) will be there shortly. Once we all arrived, the wait staff managed to get peoples food and drink orders wrong, and or late. The glass of water my wife ordered showed up 20 after she is as done with her meal while she was opening gifts. I personally had to go get extra salad plates from the kitchen for our guests. Very poorly handled. This Olive Garden needs to step things up.

Has been coming to this location almost every month for few years now, and strangely today, big disappointment. Walked in with wife and two kids - ordered the all you can eat salad and soup. I do not eat soup, but wife likes their soups. Kids ordered of off the kids menu - each their own choice. Well, 30 or so minutes later, three bowls of salad and two plates of soup, we received check for "TWO" soup and salad! I asked, and was told something about "family size sharing".. When I called the manager later, I was getting same "spiel", that its server discretion and so on.. I did not think, and weve been there before, when we had about three salads and three or more plates of soup, and NEVER got charged for two... Very peculiar.. Sorry for the lengthy description. Thank you

Id eaten inside and have had them delivered, I now prefer eating there. Last time we ordered food it never got there 1:45, and nothing. Eventually after calling and wondering about our order, they stated we had no order?? Long story short management got involved and rectify the problem and delivered everything free of charge! Problem was we were on a time crunch and to us time is more of value. Realistically the delivery system is left to question!? Id just rather pick up or eat there.

Good food but not great... at least not on the specials menu. Went for the buy-one-take-one-home $12.99 deal and it really is just 4 options and the only one with meat sauce is spaghetti. If you want meat it is an additional $4 or $6. The fettucine was good and fairly big portions but kind of expensive. Good thing you can fill up on the breadsticks!

This location has long seemed well-managed, and is rewarded by being very busy during the traditional meal times. There are plenty of tables, plus a good-sized bar area, and one still frequently will face a wait prior to seating. The wait staff and kitchen staff are up to the task, and represent the corporate standards well.

This olive garden gives you a good quantity of food and the food is good but its always super packed. Even if you find a day to go when its quieter, which is very rare, theres still a long wait which I dont understand. I dont think Ive been able to get in without a 30 plus minute wait even for dinner during the week.

I really like the Achaean. Unusual taste and texture for me, its lots of crunchy veggies and glass noodles, just the right amount of oil, salt and tofu that gives me a great Mamie-fatty buzz. Writing this damn review made me crave it again. Also, I always ask them to cook my tofu crispy, and they do it just right!

Jenn the manager and Savannah the server were so helpful. I ordered online and somehow the dates were mixed up when I went to pick up. But they offered me a complimentary soda and had my order ready in 15 minutes. Thank you Olive Garden for great food and hiring people with exceptional customer service.
