This place have so ridiculously "policy" Id try to wash my hands first before buying a foot but they said I have to buy first for then open the restroom for me, I told then I will buy but just wait for the line getting short so Ill like to wash my hands first. They said no I felt so discriminate in this place also in another words they thinking Im lier. I was very upset and walked to a place they have a little more respect for there customers.

Sunday evening @ 9pm is not the time to visit this panda express. No noodles minimal dry old sides and horrible customer service. I had to tell the staff they were not closed yet and if they refused to make food on the menu i would call corporate. They finall made it then cussed me out in spanish after i paid.

There was a dog inside. Right in line where you pick up your food. It was OBVIOUSLY not a therapy dog. It was not wearing an identifying collar and it stood up to sniff the food. The staff acknowledged the dog but did nothing despite the fact that many customers were uncomfortable

The amount of food given for the price is robbery. To pay extra for the steak and green beans and be given about 4 pieces and about 5 green beans is such an insult. The portions should be twice the size currently are. Thats the part that makes a person stop buying.

The egg rolls were soggy. I asked for white rice and got fried rice. Wasnt looking I was attenting to my 3 year old wild child. I had to repeat many time to the Cashier if I could get a spoon. Then Napkins. Some Siracha sauce. She couldnt hear me from a foot away.

I used to go there on century blvd near airport all the time. Since I requested that perhaps they could donate food to my church to feed the homeless and called their head office numerous times getting no response i would rather take my business elsewhere.
