I want to Thank the staff for a most enjoyable and memorable evening. I want to thank Jonathan, whom I spoke with on the phone on 4/13/16 to see if I could set up reservations for my wife and I for dinner the next day (4/14/16) for our Anniversary. I didnt know that normally, reservations were only required for parties of 8 and above, but I wanted to make sure we would have a booth and wouldnt have to wait any length of time when we arrived, especially for my wifes sake. He took care of it for us. When we arrived, we were met by the receiving hostess, sorry I didnt get her name, who said, oh yes "Jim", when I only told her we had reservations for 4:30. This made my wife and I feel very well received. She had informed another hostess by the name of Susie, who I think was the manager, who showed us to our table upstairs, where there was no other patrons at the time. Again making us feel very special. She was very attentive and we had conversed as though we all knew each other for years. After attending to our needs and bringing us our salads, we were met by Jovani, our waiter. Jovani was also very attentive and returned to our table to make sure we were doing well several times, which again made the evening very nice for us. They had all wished us a Happy Anniversary several times and made sure we were well taken care of. This happened to be our 32nd Anniversary and outside of our 1st and 25th Anniversary dinner being the best, this was a very close 3rd. Normally I dont write any kind of reviews, but felt this one needed to be written. We have been to Olive Gardens before in Puente Hills and Ontario areas and they were very nice, so this isnt our first experience with your restaurant. Our finances arent what they used to be, but our Anniversary is important. The price was reasonable, the food was great and the attention was spectacular. I am going to review this Olive Garden based on its service rather than its food because Ive found that most Olive Gardens have the same (good) quality of food throughout its restaurants. This location is big and has sort of a nice, rustic feel having two floors. It usually gets busy on the weekends, but even then, the wait time is never more than 20-30 minutes at the peak. The wait staff is very friendly and very attentive. This is one of the things I enjoy most about Olive Garden is their service. Besides their breadsticks and alfredo dipping sauce (the salad being a close third) being the food item I most look forward to eating, the staff is always welcoming and they make frequent check-ups. Ive never had a bad experience here. One thing that makes this place feel more like a restaurant is the lack of TVs in the main dining areas (there are TVs at the bar). And I like this about Olive Garden. I would definitely recommend this place as decent, easy to enjoy, Italian restaurant to eat at. And if its too busy here, BJs is right next door.

Olive Garden has really gone a long way through the years! The service is fantastic here. Bryan will take great care of you! I hope youre fortunate enough to get his service. The food was served very quickly and efficiently. The presentation was awesome. The taste I think could be improved, but if youre not too picky and not too critical of Italian flavoring, then I think youll enjoy this place. They have great value for money as well as great digital menu ordering options. Olive Garden has implemented some really fascinating technology in their ordering and payment system. You can even split bills using an app here.

Love the endless breadsticks and soup, specially if the soup is gnocchi. The waitress, Christina, is very nice and attentive. I dont need to call her and we are tend to, like water refills, beeadstixks and soup, even before we call her. We ordered a special entree Portobello mushroom ravioli and it is so delicious. The chicken piccata is ample portion. The lasagna is a good portion size, a little small for me but not my wife maybe due to the special entree. The dessert is to die dor. We ordered and shared the warm apple crostata. We will definitely go back to this place.

We had a very good dinner for 2. Pros: - Easy to locate and find parking - Nicely decorated restaurant - Good menu selections - 2 delicious appetizers: Grilled Chicken Spiedini and Pizza Fritta Napoli - Tasty Grilled Sausage & Peppers Rustica - Fresh salad and bread sticks - Good portion: bring home 1 portion - Very good service: fast, friendly and efficient Cons: - Foods are tasty yet greasy and unhealthy - Can be pricy so check for special deals - Can be long wait so pay attention the time Overall: Will come again.

The service at this Olive Garden was terrible. If you do decide to come here let me warn you, the service here is among the worst at any restaurant. Expect long waits for simple things such as drinks, appetizers and even someone to take your order. Also dont be surprised when they dont bring you something that you have ordered already. The terrible service the waiters have only indicates how horrible management is at this place. Save your money, time and loved ones from this way-below-standard establishment.

Actually the service wasnt good. We waited longer then usual just to receive menus, then our waters it took 16mins, I almost walked up to the bar for our water. We received salad before the water, then it was to pulling teeth to get our bread. I just couldnt understand why he was going back & forth then he blame other people but no one ever came just him. That drove me insane. I dont think Ill be back or if I do Ill make sure he isnt my server

Worst experience ever! We originally headed for souplantation but saw this across the street....the server was rude, inattentive and RUDE! Not sure what the problem was since there were only three tables he was taking care of (we were seated up stairs, maybe he didnt like climbing the stairs to get our food to us?) Whatever the case, we will NOT ever recommend this place to anyone and needless to say, never visit this place again.

Great food also good service. Those two dont go together very often any more but olive garden did it. We celebrated my birthday here and we had a larhe party. Our waiter didnt miss a thing. There were times when i went to ask for something and he already had it waiting. Had a wonderful time. Food was perfect service was great also the bartender made a mean margarita. If i remember right. Thanks for making my day stress free

Omg I love Olive Garden! The food is amazing! The only thing I have against it is the amount of time it takes to receive your to go order. I had placed an order to go one night and two people who ordered after us received their to go orders quicker plus they had ordered more than us. We were told it would take 15 minutes yet we waited 45 minutes. We were starving. Nonetheless it was a delicious meal.

I like coming here for the sopa Toscana. It never disappoints. Mostly why I always come here or for the chicken alfredo which is always a good option. This restaurant is always clean and service is decent. The only thing is that on weekends or holidays it does tend to get crowded and its a decent size but not big enough to hold the many people ,which tends to make for a long waiting time.
