This location is by far the worst B-dubs I have ever been to. It sucks too since I usually look forward to a cold beer and great wings paired with a plethora of sauce choices. Unfortunately, this location let me down. The order took nearly 45 minutes to come out! Then once the order did arrive the wings came dressed when I requested naked wings to experience a few sauces separately. When I mentioned this to the server he said "oh yeah, youre right. Ill take them back and have them put in a new order." At that point I said nevermind. I figured by the time the corrected order would come out the my gf would have finished her meal. A few other items to critique: they literally only gave us 2 carrot slices and 3 celery slices as our "veggie side", we never got a refill on our beers, we never got the waters or ketchup we asked for and to top it all off, once we got the bill I realized the double charged an item which took another 20 minutes after I pointed it out before it was resolved. I think Ill stick with the Long Beach or even Lakewood locations rather than visit Huntington Beach B-dubs next time Im in the mood for wings.

Ate here a half-dozen times before, but never coming back. Last year, we came in for a T-Mobile Tuesday promotion around 11 pm and didnt get seated until shortly after midnight. They didnt bother telling us that they ended the promotion at midnight until after the fact. We asked for the manager in hopes of him/her making an exception due to the excessive wait time. Server told us the manager would be out in a minute. Half an hour later, said manager never showed up. We got up and left. They clearly didnt want us there. Server was condescending and unapologetic the whole ordeal. Her tone of voice indicated "order something or leave." If you still feel like going, the wait time for evening seats for us was about 30 minutes, 25 minutes to take the order, and 40 minutes for food. Plenty of T.V.s with sports or interactive games. Tables were semi-clean, but barely had enough space for the food. The food itself is okay, but never expect good service from this location.

So the Buffalo Wild Wings in Buena Park is one of the reasons I created a Yelp account in the first place, because they were soooo horrible. I decided to give the company another chance so I went to the new BWW that opened by my house in Bella Terra. I went on a Thursday night which happened to be Boneless Thursdays where you can get boneless wings for $.65 each, which is a pretty good deal! We sat at the bar, which was very roomy for such a small looking place on the outside. There were plenty of TVs for you viewing pleasure and lots of beer to choose from, as well as a fully bar. The wings came out relatively fast considering the amount of people there. They were sauced well and mighty tasty. Since it was Boneless Thursday if you wanted a side of ranch with that special it was .$50 which was fairly understandable (ranch is free with normal priced wings). The service was excellent at the bar and I will definitely be back to this location.

I visit this location three times within the past two months and each time I went I was treated in a very disrespectful manner by two of the manager and by the GM. It all started when I received a Bday coupon and a customer appreciation coupon in by email. I decided to use both during a takeout purchase on separate orders. The manager had to approve the coupons so I had to wait 20 minutes for her to stop gossiping and by that time my food was cold. After speaking with the manager she was rude and at time disrespectful. If you’re looking to have a good night out and some good wings I recommend going to WingNut or Wing stop, they always provide good service coupon or not.

Ugh. Mediocre at best. Id not heard good things about this place, but came because I had a gift card. It wasnt busy and the food took forever to arrive, and even though I had relatively low expectations (its a wing place, what do you expect?) the food was so, so, so dull. The hot sauces tastes like they were entirely composed of high fructose corn syrup. Not a fan. My ONLY positive about this place was the black girl who was our server. She was AWESOME! So friendly. So apologetic when our food took forever (not her fault). So attentive to anything we needed. Seriously, girl, if youre reading this, find a new job, because some business out there deserves YOU!

The service here always sucked. They are so understaffed all the time. I am a local resident of HB and i have been here numerous times and every experiance here has been the same result. Im always waiting for our server meanwhile there is 3 greeters in the front shooting the breeze. Ultimately i believe poor management is responsible for the unpleasent experiance. If you have nothing better to do but sit around waiting for service then this is the place to go. Sad part is i have no other local hot wing spot to go to other than hooters in costa mesa. Hopefully this review gets to managment to make some changes with this place for a better experiance.

SICK SICK SICK! I order a well whisky and coke and the girl makes me a premium. Not to be picky but its close to a $10 dollar difference. So, I say I cant afford it and she offers to make me another. I get home and throw up almost 30 times. I was actually throwing up foam. I have never thought about dying, or think I was actually going to die until that night. This place should be shut down. Definitely not up to par with the good Huntington Beach reputation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you have a death wish.

Ive been to this location since they opened it. HORRIBLE since day one! This place honestly does not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. And this goes to you, MANAGEMENT!! Cant really blame the employees who were NOT trained the right way. Not one single "hello" from the Managers, long wait when the place is not even busy. I live 5min away from this location, but will rather drive to the Santa Ana location..they know the meaning of Customer Service!! Great Job Santa Ana, keep it up!!

The location is very hit or miss. Sometimes Service will be fast while other times Service will take 20 to 40 minutes just to get your food. Overall wings are inconsistent as well. Sometimes the wings we get will taste good and are moist while other times they are dry and seem to be left out for a long time. So this place definitely has potential and cried and abundance of televisions it is not worth the inconsistent food quality.

Less than poor service. Place was not even half full when we got seated We waited 20 minutes and NO ONE came to take our order not even the drinks We told someone that we were ready and she said "ok just a minute" We literally set our phone timer to give them 5 minutes and then decided to take off. Talked to the "kids" at front (5 of them) and they just looked at each other and said nothing.
