I wanted to put ZERO stars, but the computer wouldnt let me. I would never recommend this restaurant. A group of my friends and I went to dinner and we ran into several issues. Our head waiter was sarcastic, rude and inappropriate for a dinner setting. The biggest issue is when we got our dinner checks. Our group had to wait a lengthy time for our bills at the end of dinner. There were several cases of people being overcharged for what they ordered, with extra drinks and costs added to the bill. The checks were difficult to understand and confusing. When asked to clarify the bills, the waiters made it more confusing and then in some instances it was clear that they had charged for things not ordered. The group waited a lengthy amount of time to get the checks clarified and one person had to wait over 20 minutes after dinner to get her bill straightened out, which took them three different times before they got it correct. We will never go again and will let everyone we know about our experience.

My friend and I we decided to hang out since we didnt see each other for couple months. So we girls decided to meet up at this restaurant since it was close to my house and was voted the best restaurant in elk grove. Both our food was horrible. The owner was nice to go around to each table and ask how the food was. And when he found out we didnt like the food he immediately decided to redeem and make the food again. That was nice but I was not satisfied with the food still. Maybe the CHEF was having a bad day because the flavors were not great

Rigatoni and meatball sauce was dry when came out but owner took it back and added some more sauce which wss excellent service but just didnt have the marinara sauce taste I was craving for a $18 plate. My wifes homemade sauce is awesome and shes not even a chef.. From the menu prices and decorating I thought I was gonna have something over the top.. Great waiters and owner who is passionate about his restaurant, I just ordered the wrong thing perhaps

Being Southen Italian, in whole life never had anything close to Grandmothers cooking ( who was BORN in Palermo, Italy) until dining at Palermos in Elk Grove, CA! Fabulouso! Multo bene! ANOTHER 1st. Writing review. Cant wait to go back! Host/ owner did great job of singing Happy Birthday to 91 yr young mother-in-law! Great, warm, family atmosphere. No corporate cookie-cutter, experience!

We had dinner there yesterday, food, service and the environment was great and beyond expectation. Environment was friendly and lively yet comfortably focused on guest service, food quality and customer satisfaction. It was our first time there were impressed and well be back there for more delicious Italian food. I recommend this place to anyone who loves quality Italian food

The owner is very friendly, and the food is authentic Italian. This place had been pretty quiet every time I have come, usually 3 or 4 tables off people quietly enjoying their mask. Bruschetta is often on the house, and the portion size for lasagna can easily feed two, maybe three. The specials are good, especially the chicken parmagiana.

This is Elk Groves best kept secret! The best Caesar salad & the gnocchi was light & delicious. Had pesto & red meat sauce ~~ both perfect! The atmosphere is pleasant once inside; unfortunately its located in a non-descript strip mall. Dont let that discourage you! Excellent, friendly service, inviting bar. Reasonable prices.

Great tasting food , great service by Robert.I have been there several times, food is consistent. The bus boys always make sure your water is full. Food is a little pricey, for just eating for one person. Plate of spinach and linguine with clams . With tax just water to drink,. $ 31.49. Thats before I left a tip.

Very nice people who work here try to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Did take a little while for someone to come over, but once they did good service. For me, it was pretty expensive. Also, food didnt wow me for the price. Maybe I needed to get something different.

Always phenomenal here. They know how to pour a good glass of wine. The salmon tonight was perfectly caramelized on the outside, tender in the center. Flavored to perfection. The zambayonny was out of this world! I have to figure out how to make whipped cream that amazing.

Dont judge a book by its cover! This place is one of Elk Groves hidden gems. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to experience some authentic Italian food.

Hands down, the best Italian restaurant Ive ever been to. The service is nice and welcoming, the food is amazing. I recommend to anyone to try the lasagna at least once. But be prepared to take it home and enjoy again.
