This was a nice Panera. Workers were friendly and able to answer my questions well. I ordered for 6 people to-go. When I got home, I realized they had forgotten one of my items, even though it was listed on the receipt. We called and told them, and when we showed back up at the restaurant, they gave us the missing item and let us choose TWO pastries for free.

This Panera used to be really good and then it switched hands. Its not clean like it was before, but the quality of the goods seems to be the same. I hope that it returns to its former self, but until then I will visit Panera on Pacific Ave in front of the mall.

This Panerra Bread really needs to clean their bathrooms. When I reported it, they didnt seem to care. The salad is tasty. That is all I can say. Not a world class experience.
