Bad, very bad! A nightmare! I just went through the drive thru and had really bad customer service. I was rushed to drive up to the window as Im looking for 2 pennies in my purse. The associate at the drive thru seemed really in a hurry to just get rid of me and just handed me the money as Im still trying to organize myself, then I lose $5. I dont know how this happened and was even puzzled about if she really handed it to me. I had to park and ask, but they asked me to search outside and in my car. There was no empathy at all. I searched again, then walked back inside and asked if they did had me the total of $7 because I only counted $2. They made a big deal and finally just handed me another $5. To me $5 is not worth losing a customer. Its the principal of the matter, which includes trust. When they handed me the $5, the lady asked if I was happy, very rudely. My response was ,"Yes, but I wont be returning here," and she said, "Good." Wow! This could have easily been resolved. As a manager, I learn how to treat customers from others mistakes.
