By far not the best nor the worst Hometown location-often has many older clients and familes who try to pay for lunch and hang around for dinner so be aware-seems understaffed and the "servers" are not always English fluent-I saw a child serve herself pasta at the buffet using her hands when I told a worker she just shrugged and walked away-I finally got a manger and demanded the pasta be replaced-he took the item away and it looked like he returned with new pasta on top of what had been there-not the first time I have seen this sort of thing happen in this location-patrons dont seem to understand they dont served themselves with their hands-I also have become very annoyed with their coupon policies-I belong to their email club-they recently sent me a buy one get one lunch/dinner coupon that was blacked out between 2 and 4pm weekdays-my friend and I often go to the movie in that mall and then hit Hometown-but with the coupon blacked out-why bother? I can go anywhere

The food was horrible. We had a coupon so we decided to try it. Last time it wasnt good. Apparently we forgot. For 2 breakfasts and 1 beverage after the coupon the total was $17.79 it was for AYCE. but, there wasnt 1 thing I wanted to eat a lot of or even try more than once. It was a waste of money. (Even the fruit wasnt ripe.) We did buy a beverage how ever apparently we used the wrong color cup. So the manager came over and inspected our receipt after interupting our attempting to eat the sub-par food. She wasnt satisfied with what she saw so she sent the hostess over with yet another cup of the same color. As if that was going to rectify the situation. We felt like we were being accused of stealing. The only theif in this situation was Hometown Buffet for taking money for horrible food. The restaurant wasnt even clean. There was no water in the water dispenser either. Wont go back here!

La comida es muy rica!!! Los desayunos son mejores. Hay muy buen ambiente lo único malo de este Buffet es una mesera llamada DELIA es una pedante y c ve q hace su trabajo de mala gana. Es d esas típicas meseras q casi t sacan d la mesa para q entren otros pues anda detrás d la propina. Amargada, grosera y pedante.

What a terrible place to spend your evening. I was utterly shocked when I find out that the guy who was in charge of the steak actually has been hiding it under the plate for over 30 minutes. He was keep telling me its not ready and come back in 10 minutes and after my 4th visit, he was finally lifting the plate revealing a slice of steak by saying you are lucky and gave me a smile. It was Saturday evening 8:30 and yes.. he was a Hispanic guy. Dont tell me Im lucky for getting what I paid for. And the steaks.. I dont think I can find any cheaper quality in town. Thanks but no thanks.

August 14, 2017. 1:40 pm, my wife and I arrived to the establishment, paid then sat ourselves a few moments later I went to the car to retrieved my phone and when I returned a woman who was sitting and eating and did not identify herself and employee started asking in a very hostile voice, "Did you pay?! Did you pay?!" and when I said, "yes" she made me go to my table and bring her my ticket and before I reached she exclaims, "thats okay!" I know if I were not an African American that would never had happened. The woman turned out to be the manager. Maria.

Been going here for almost a year with no issue until recently. They take the steak off the menu. Secondly, the chinese guy (seems like the manager) always gives us attitude when we use our coupons. He kept asking "Did you guys copy it?" Are we that dumb to copy it where we as a family of 4 can sign up with our EMAILS to receive promos???? I thought when restaurants give out coupons they want customers to use it??? I will dine some where else since I dont need this kind of stupid attitude. I PAY to dine here, I dont eat free though.

can be crowded at times but i always find a seat,the servers are basically there just to clean up after youre done ,food is decent not to mention you can eat as much as you want, employees are friendly ,i prefer this hometown over others its a little further from the one close to home but this one is by far more cleaner and friendlier ,some people just cant afford a 5 star restaurant so they write a bad review over a place where its "you get what you paid for "

Most of the food is fairly good, just use caution with the salad bar. I have had food poisoning twice from eating lettuce from the salad bar because the Mexicans in the kitchen wont wash their hands after they take a dump. Other than that, the food is OK. For senior citizens like me, wait until after 1:00 p.m. during the week before you go in. You can eat your fill with a beverage for under 10 dollars. Watch out for the lettuce.

During lunch especially on the weekends, it is absurdly packed and finding a place to sit can be a game within itself. Options are limited, but foods are quickly refilled on the well liked dishes. Beverage choices are plenty including coffee and slushees. The dessert choices are also great, with frozen yogurt and lots of baked goods like muffins and brownies. Price is cheap, and the only downside is finding seats.

Disgusting is the only thing that comes to mind for this place. Not only is it physically dirty but the food was un edible! When I cut open a piece of fried chicken it was completely raw inside. The rest of the food was either boxed, undercooked, or old. It was the worst dining experience I have ever had. Please pay a little more and get edible food. Its not worth getting really sick.

Good food Right price- But the families bring their kids and make it undesirable to eat dinner. Restaurant has no sense of direction. carry a hot plate of food and cup of hot coffee you have to dodge people going this way and that way and kids running around like its a playground. The restaurant needs more space for the size of clients. most of the time have to wait to be seated.

The food is decent, a little on the greasy side, but you really need to control the kids and some of the adults. Kids are always underfoot, making a mess and they are touching the food or dropping it and putting it back. The adults can be really rude and I actually saw a guy that had his shoes off, had his leg crossed and you could see his dirty feet, that was just gross.

The food was good and hot. Instead of putting out the exact same things all the time they would change things so if you keep going back up u get something different. The servers were great friendly and would always talk with you as they go by and r not very busy. The best part was the desserts. A must stop by place.

Staff was nice and while it was crowded, people were polite enough and getting around wasnt a problem… but the food was beyond mediocre. It wasnt bad. It was just… edible. Thats it. The BBQ sausage was the only thing that was especially good. And the cheesecake had a weird texture but it grew on me.
