So sad. I used to love this place and would go often with family. Looks like I will be looking for another restaurant after tonight. I went in with my children because they LOVE pho, but after getting my order wrong, I walked up to the front to see why they gave me two bowls of the wrong soup. Once I walked to the front, I noticed on my reciept that the cashier rang me up for the meatball soups instead of chicken. No big deal, right? Nope! A VERY rude woman named "Page" gave me an attitude about the whole thing as if it was MY fault. Now, Im no stranger to the restaurant business. Ive been a Store Manager of a successful establishment for some time, and I would NEVER allow anyone to treat a customer the way I was treated tonight. I asked to speak to the manager several times and "Page" flicked a paper at me (had store location, phone numbers, etc.) and told me there is no manager, and to call in the morning. I was in shock as she gave me my money back for the soup and embarrassed me in front of my children and other customers (which agreed that she was very rude). I had to ask for her name several times as she ignored my first couple of requests for it before finally scoffing and telling me. Will NOT be coming here again, and will be encouraging family and friends to go elsewhere, as well. After all, BMC Pho is just the "fast food of pho", and theres an AWESOME/UNDERRATED place a few blocks down =)

The worst experience ever.... I waited patiently in lune for my turn, placed my order ... drinks only.... a waited an additional 15 minutes for drinks I never received. When I requested refund the smug kid that speaks great English laughed. There was nothing funny about him pushing my order behind the 4 people whom came in behind me as I watched them be served not only the drinks but their food as well..he only difference between myself and the other patrons is I am lack. So shame on you and the behavior your employees display. I will never spend on there dollar in any of these estblishments. I could have been rude and loud but I wasnt, maybe thats what this kid wanted but he wasnt the getting it this is what hell get .....hopefully others will not spend there money in a place where all people are not treated fairly.

Bahn Mi Che Cali with a different name. However, it is not best in terms of taste compared to its other locations that Ive been. Chicken Pho is 50% off. However, it is quite bland with to its location in West Covina. The location in West Covina uses the thigh meat, whereas the one here uses thin slices of breast meat. While it should be more nutritious overall, its a bit overcooked in my opinion. The broth tastes like boiled water. If youre looking for a place for a quick and cheap bite that opens late, this is the place. Just dont expect anything as yummy as the restaurants that specializes in pho. An interesting thing about this location is their drive thru and how they have combos for their Banh Mi. There are plenty of seating throughout and its well maintained.

Consider this place to be a good Vietnamese fast food joint. They have a drive thru, so theyre used to churning out food quickly. Inside its a fast/casual joint, so you order at the cashier and they bring the food out to you. Ive had the sandwiches there, which are inexpensive, made fresh, and delicious (buy 2, get the 3rd free). Ive been here a few times with my colleagues and they always get the pho and claim that its good and they cant believe how inexpensive it is. They have boba drinks (selections are limited) and other baked goods. I recommend this place for people who want good food served quickly.

Cant understand why this place has such a bad rap sheet. The prices are great and foods good too!! Buy one get one boba tea for $3 Sandwich and boba drink for less than $5 after tax! Shrimp rolls for 75 cents. I always buy an extra sandwich and take it the next day for work lol. Yeah the place is a little dirty with their floors and such, but what authentic Asian place isnt dirty?

Our usual go-to for the super-quick Asian drive-thru. The only thing wrong with this place is the Pho (or soups in general) cant be ordered through the drive-thru window, therefore, you have to go in and put your order, resulting in a typically long wait-time and rushed service- especially during peak times, which happens to be any night that dips below 70 degrees.

Cleaner dining area, friendlier staff, smaller menu, but definitely better all around than the Fullerton location. They have "combo" meals; milk teas are BOGO, and french roll sandwiches are B2G1. When i make a trip to Berts, this will be our go-to for pho.

Very convenient banh mi place! Love that it has a drive-through! The milk tea is really good, and is currently a bogo deal. However, the boba was flavorless. The texture was great, but absolutely no sweetness to be found.

The food is very good and priced inexpensive. Many complain about cleanliness of the dining area, but I dont see a problem with it. Go spend more somewhere else. The chicken pho is only $3.99, very delicious.

Broth is not their strong suit they put some kind of meat inside the spring rolls if you want real authentic pho go to restaurants that specialize in pho... Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for

I requested for the cilantro to be shopped and they refused ( chicken teriyaki in a french bread ). Previously I ordered Thai tee withouth ice and the drink 1/4 was missing.

Food is always quick but the old lady has to always give you attitude for asking any questions. Why not cover up the Thai Desert on the menu if you dont serve it anymore?
