Al principio pense que este lugar iva a estar muy bien y la comida se miraba rica. Llege con mis 7 amigos a cenar yo pense que las meseras nos ivan a traer un menu o amablemente ivan a pedir nuestra orden. paso 20 minutos y no nos atendian. Si nuestras casas estubieran cerca ya nos hubieranos hido asi q llamamos a una mesera que nos trajera algo de tomar... al principio fue amable... paso otros 20 minutos para tomar nuestra orden..unos amigos ni ordenaron mas aparte la comida no llegaba y ya teniamos mas de una hora ahi... al ultimo las meseras nos dieron una actitud muy mal... las mesas cochinas.. asi q pagamos nuestras bebidas y nos fuimos... tambien otro senor se quejo y se fue...no les recomiendo este lugar para nada... y eso que apenas paso ayer 09/01/2013...no vayan para nada ahi...fue mi primera vez y la ultima q llego a ese lugar...necesitan nuevas meseras o nuevo lugar... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...THEY KEEP U WAITING..THEYRE NOT CLEAN...THE WORKERS HAVE BAD ATTITUDES AND SIMPLY KEEP U WWAITING FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR...U NEED TO GRAB THEIR ATTENTION TO SERVE U...DO NOT GO..TRUST ME..I JUST WENT RECENTLY...1ST AND LAST TIME I SHOW UP TO THIS PLACE... I LOVE MY CULTURE N I WANTED TACOS..BUT THEY TOOK FOREVER N DIDNT EVEN FINISH GETTING OUR ORDER... DONT GO...!!!

Do not go eat at this place, it is absolute crap! Im actually surprised its not closed down by now! Service is poor, food was probably the worst Mexican food I have ever had in my life! And way overpriced for the pathetic service and food! The wife and I went to go try it on a Saturday night because we havent eaten there and we wanted to try an authentic Mexican food place and it definitely looks like it. The spelling on the menu was wrong. I got the barbacoa burrito, And my wife had barbacoa tacos.and some rice pudding. Well they ran out of Barbacoa after they gave my wife the last bit, I chose Carne meat instead. And they did not have any rice pudding of course, after we had ordered it, we chose the flan instead. No "Im sorrys" no refunds, just get your food and get the F out of there. It took 40 minutes for them to get our simple orders ready. When we ate them at home they were cold and overcooked, my wifes barbacoa smelled and tasted slightly like fish, and shes Allergic! My carne burrito had tons of gristle. I stomached part of my burrito, and my wife cannot eat her food. The only good parts were the soda and the flan. So theres probably tons of cross-contamination with the meats so watch out. The place was dirty as all heck, they put no time or effort into what they cook, theres no spices on the meat. They looked like they only have one professional cook on staff, and the rest are winging it! The only reason Im not giving a zero is because theres no option!

I ordered a hamburger to go. I wanted the combo but they said no more fries. So I said ok and waited for almost 40 minutes for my hamburger. before i got my order the girl at the cash register ran out the door and was gone for 20 minutes. By the time I got home with the hamburger (one block away) it was cold and stiff as hell, like a rck ! The meat was still red inside. I was afraid to eat it by then o it got tossed in the trash. I went back to try and talk to management or owner but I got run around about no habla and no aqui etc...so I never got to complain to the owner/management about my treatment. I do not eat there anymore, if they cannot make ONE Hamburger well cooked and hot to go then I will go somewhere else. And I have, moved on to taco bell cross the street. at least they serve very hot meals and promptly.

No vayan cuando estan poniendo la carne al pastor por que te dan la carne del dia anterior y esta super quemada y dura tuve que canviar los tacos de mis hijos por que no se los podiam comer y se molestaron que se los canvie la mesera me puso caras y me dijo que ya me avia comido los tacos pero yo ya le avia dado los tacos feos y duros jamas vuelvo a ese lugar

We came here with friends and family thinking this place was bomb, but the meat was horrible, carne Asada with 50% cartilage, I asked the waitress in charge, and she said that they pre order the meat in packages and that they cut the extra pieces of junk together with the good meat. This is extremely dangerous because people can get sick with low quality meats.... Disgusting!!!! I normally dont leave bad reviews but this shouldnt happen.... Dang so sad and disappointed..... : ( I hate paying for terrible food... Its like paying someone to put you in danger of stomach aches... Ughhhh

Muy buena la comida, las tortillas woww y las aguas naturales y frescas, los platillo son muy grandes por lo que el costo es justo y bueno lo único malo es el servicio, las meseras no tienen noción de lo q es servicio.

A hoy 05.20.17 nos dieron mal cervicio amo esposa y ami olvidaron nuestra. Orden y ami esposa nolecirvieron nada la salsa delos chips muy chirria y picosa demas ASIQUE no nos atendieron nada bien ahoy

worst customer service ever. ordered some mixed fajitas and they gave me something that looked like alambre. took it back and they looked at it and proceeded to tell/argue with me that they were instead of just changing them to what they were supposed to be. still gave me attitude when i told them that i wanted them to exchange them for what i originally asked and payed for.

Horrible customer service, the lady taking my order could not get it right. My boyfriend and I placed and order and he got his order first and my order came 20 minutes later after he was done with his food. They werent even busy! I had to change my order to go. Never coming back. Do not come here if you dont have time to sit and wait 30 minutes on a simple order.

What I like about this place is the senoras outside making fresh handmade tortillas. They also have fresh aguas. Good portion sizes. Prices are ok. I would come back and I definitely recommend the carne asada quesadilla echa de mano.
