I called ahead and after 1hour I still hadnt gotten my food. I was told my food would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived like about after 40 minutes. I waited about another 20 minutes and still when I asked how much longer my food would take they said another 30 minutes. After I told them that I was very hungry and had waited a long time they didnt care and said there were still many orders ahead of mine and didnt even apologize or show any care. Service sucks at this place. Dont come hungry. No venga hambriento, llame para ordenar y me dijeron que estaria lista en 30 minutos. Llege como a los 40, espere otros veinte y me desian ahorita viene su orden. Cuando pregunte me dijeron que faltaba por lo menos 20 minutos mas. Cuando le dije que el me habia dicho que en media hora y ya casi habia pasado una hora me dijo muy grocero que habian muchas ordenes alfrente que la mia y no le tomo importancia que ya habia esperado mucho rato. El servicio es pesimo. Tardan muchosimo para dar la comida y no les importa el cliente.

los meseros se tardan demasiado en llegar atender. nunca te traen la cuenta a tiempo. se tardan mucho y solo se andan paseando en el restaurant!! la comida te la dejan en el mostrador enfriandose. lastima la comida esta buena pero los meseros son los mismos de mucho tiempo. deverian de cambiar los meseros!! la verdad ya aburren ellos, y no aceptan tarjeta de debito! quien tiene siempre cash para pagar! ahora mejor ordeno para llevar pero para comer alli no!! es muy rudo ese lugar !!!

If it wasnt for the food, which is pretty good, Id never come back, which Ill go once every two to four months now. The customer service is terrible. Im confident that theyre supremacist like crazy! If you arent Salvadorean, they wont like you and will treat you like crap. There are better places to go. Their food is good, as you can read, BUT expect a BAD TIME. Id order it via phone and get it to go. RARELY theyll finish it in 20 min like they say they will but they make me wait an hour to finish phone call orders every time if otherwise. I say no to this supremacist, racist place. Im only going back if Im craving Salvadorean food and masochistic.

El servicio es muy pobre, la espera larga para que lo atiendan, lugar salvadoreño que no ofrece mucha variedad salvadoreña y con gente que no sabe cual es la diferencia entre frijoles negros y frijoles de ceda, jamás vuelvo a ese lugar y nunca lo recomendaria

Dont come here. My family came to order some food, which we had called at least 40 minutes in advance. Once we arrived, we were forces to wait another 20 minutes for our food. We asked if the food was going to take a while before it was ready, because if it was we were better off leaving, when the waitress in charge rudely told us "Ok, have a nice day then." I am furious by the service we were treated to, and will not recommend anyone coming here anytime soon unless you want to have to wait at least an hour for decent food.

La comida ok, servicio un poco lento los platos demaciado grande para las porciones de comida y lo mas ridiculo el precio. 3 desayunos,3 pupusas 2 cafes y un jugo casi 70 dolares. Primera y ultima vez.

About 15 minute ride from Anaheim convention center and well worth the effort . We went 2 times in a week. They had know our names on second visit. Service is like the old Italian style semi formal and the staff were great to suggest the best menu items for us. From Pastas, sea bass , Marsala , soups Everything was top. The great service and attitude from staff and owner makes you want to come back every day.

They take AGES to get you your food here! I thought placing a carry out order through the phone might be faster but its even LONGER!! I ended up waiting 1 hour and 20 freakin minutes for my carry out order and if I wasnt waiting for my sick aunts dish i would have walked the f out. Screw this place! They only give good service if you are a serote like them or the only customers in this damn shack

Los caldos pide de gallina le dan de res con olor a pescado las dos meseras que tinen no estan al pendiente de los clientes no dan ni chips para entretener al cliente mientra llevan la comida no sirve

DONT COME HERE PLEASE, YOU WILL REGRET IT! I marked just one star because if I choose cero , my review wont show up. I been here for 30 minutes and my food is not here yet (finally got it after 1 hour, I dont know why I didnt left) Ive seen just one lady working in the kitchen for the whole restaurant Ill think twice before coming back here.

This place has the worst customer service. If you have a question about the menu they will make you feel dumb for asking a question. I went during the morning and it wasnt busy, yet they took 45 minutes to make 3 pupusas. Ive tried better pupusas in other Salvadorian restaurants around the area. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!

Bad service, and the food is not very good. The curtido is very good, and the pupusas are a 6/10. The soups are weak, often they taste like boiled vegetable water with some meat thrown in. Lets just say that the food isnt always made with love here. They only take cash. I would not recommend this place.

The worst service ever, hate the waitress. We asked for a glass off water when we arrived and did not get it until we asked and waitress said I was on the phone busy wow !!!!! They dont know anything about customer service. Never coming back to this place or recommending to any one.

Just like everyone else said in the past, food is good but service sucks, dont come to this restaurant if ur really hungry and not willing to wait at least 20 min once you order your food. Tipical salvadorean restaurant, good food bad service.
