Bad experience. I was at the drive thru and some girl was at the window. I asked for my order and then she tells me to get out of line and wait at the parking lot by the entrance to the Starbucks and that shed have one of the baristas send me my order. Kid you not I waited so long I knew they had forgotten my order. 2 Cars almost hit me for being in the way of the entrance so I decided to go back in line. I get back to the drive thru and she has the audacity to ignore me on the speaker phone. See more cars coming in the line and I drive ahead and I can see her talking to the other cars on the speaker phone right after I drove up. I get closer to the window and then I see some dude get off his car and say she messed up his order. Had a felling like that was my order. So when it was finally my turn she opens the door and tries to give me the same bag she gave the other guy. I get upset and confront her and say thats the same bag you gave the other person just 2 cars before me. She gets MAD at me and then turns around and says hold on before I have a chance to say anything. Minutes later she has ANOTHER girl try to give me my order. Now by this time Im already late to work. Im on break here. I Ask for the manager and the other girl leaves to find her. While Im waiting I can see the girl from the beginning giving ME ATTITUDE. She Starts laughing at me while I complain to the manager. Luckily the manager listened but Im still upset. Not a good Review.

Dear manager, your team needs to understand that as much as the drive through customers are important, that much in store customers are important as well. Standing by the checkout while 6 employees are here there everywhere, and no one really accacknowledge that there is a customer needing to check out, is very unprofessional and insulting. There was one employee next to me who was just checking out ripness of the bananas- told me someone will be with you, and continued massaging those bananas. Next someone else passed by and again- someone will be with you. And then another one. And so I am standing and waiting till someone might come up to me. Ended up waiting till the actual busy guy who was Blanding coffee, taking orders and everything else ..offered to help me. I was already frustrated.... this African american guy did his best to meet my concern. I think he was the only one needs to be there. The rest need to go home.

I think the manager lady is crazy nuts .I dont know what her problem is,while she served me,showed an very negative energy attitude towards me and also asked me my name several times because she was busy with her cell phone at that time.Really not friendly without any reason.After I got my order,I just said to another employee that whats wrong with the woman,she is weird.Then the employee forwarded my comment to the crazy woman.You know what she came over to my seat suddenly, I dont know whats her problem,definitely she was crazy and asking me ,do you taste it ok?Thats weird .Super. So I came over to the front trying to make an complaint to a manager,then she said she was the one.Omg,stupid woman,stupid store and weird service.....

Extremely rude. My order got messed up just from simple miss communication and the lady actually making my drink was short and seemed irratated to remake it. The drink that was made had coffee in it and I said I think my order is wrong, I then explained what I wanted and she explains that thats impossible. When she was done I said well what I am getting at is that I cant have coffee and she then said well Im just telling you, in a rude tone. She remade my drink and slid it on the counter without looking at me. I know your busy and Im sure my order wasnt the fastest, but I expect you to listen to my concerns. Or Ill go somewhere else.

This location for a long time had a broken screen, its fixed now but they still do not show your order or your total. The team member not only forgot to include anything I asked for BUT was rude when I said they messed up. Even the remake was horribly sloppy and fell short of the Starbucks standard. I love Starbucks but after comming here and consistently getting horrible service and needing a fix every time... I would rather drive up the street and go somewhere else. There are TONS of Starbucks. No need to waste money on this one.

I love Starbucks butt the inside of this place does not appeal to me. It doesnt feel cozy or have the type of atmosphere that I would like to hang out in for an hour or so doing work or studying. I would suggest using the drive-through at this one. The weight inside both times I have been here was longer than other Starbucks that I have been to. This is a good one to meet someone off the freeway but does not have a whole lot of seating.

I went to Starbucks drive-thru this morning around 7:45 and ordered a Chai Tea Latte. It was hot but it tasted like plain hot water with a little flavor. Ive been to this Starbucks location before with no problems but this morning was the worst! Watered down tea!! As much you guys charge, it should ALWAYS be on point!!

Service sucked! Their communication was not there. My were not what ordered. The lady (Marcia) who gave them to me gave me one straw for three drinks and walked away. They were even busy. To top it off i was surprise she did not offer it Id like a tray to carrier considering i had three cups to carry by myself. Never again.

I havent been to boomers in almost a decade and not much has changed. I took some of my nephew for a round a mini golf and to play some games. The indoor golfing room smelled and it was too hot for comfort. Must most of the arcade machines either didnt work it all or were partial broke.

Don go there! They are Slow to take your order, not friendly if they dont know you. They sold me a sandwich they even didnt have and made wait for it sooooo long. They even didnt offer me a bonus for the inconvenience. THEY NEED A GOOD TRAINING!

Always out of "stock". Drinks are weak. Staff is indifferent and inattentive. Go to the other Starbucks on the other end of Eastland Shopping Center. They dont have a drive-through but the service and the drinks far surpass this one!

Extremely rude... everyone working here has an attitude. .very pushy rushing orders making rude comments cursing and habitually getting orders wrong... not to mention the ugly weaves these girls wear fix your line up girl!

Parking is very tight. Dont park in front of the store. Instead park in the mall lot that is just a few feet away to the west. Parking is the only reason for 3 stars. For service I would give it 4 stars.

Drive thru and cafe location. Small parking lot. Good amount of tall tables where you can stand and work too or there is a nice lounge area with individual cushion chairs and working tables by outlets.
