I normally visit this chain and have been to this branch a few times. Food is always good here and I recommend their chick fil a sauce. I this last visit I had a bad experience with an employee who helped someone behind me. I told her excuse me but we were waiting patiently first. I have two kids Im watching and they were hungry and thirsty. She told me that she asked the woman behind me first and then walked over to her and grabbed her cup to refill. I told her I was a paying customer and I just wanted water for the kids. She smirked at me and walled away. Luckily another employee saw this and told me she was getting the waters. I ordered or meal and asked to speak to the manager because at this point she was still giving me looks and I get enough of that from these 4 year olds. The manager apologized and said she would make it right. Rest of staff were very friendly.

I ordered #2 spicy chicken, it came in a 7-11 heating bag, in this bag was a bun, that was soggy, (2) pickles & rubbery Pattie. Thats it. NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATOES & NO CHEESE. You cant send it back, you know what happens then. What a rip off & to top it off the bathroom was filthy & the kids area was also filthy for kids to run around in. The BBB & health department should check this dump out. And it wasnt crowded either so everyone on this shift should be evaluated starting from management to cashier, maybe even upper management. The Santa Ana, Bristol St. Location is a good establishment but 151 E. Orangethorpe location, suck.

Hands down the most efficient fast food location Ive ever been to. Came in with a group of at least 15 kids on a field trip on a Friday night and the service was lightning fast. All our orders were delivered to our tables quickly and correctly. The servers continuously asked if they could bring us anything (refills, sauces, napkins etc). And then they came by and cleared the trash for us so we could make more room for additional kids who came in after us. Great service.

Shout out to franky! Working in the back of the house is hard but you can do it . Well I recently went to buy a vanilla iced coffee a large but litteraly there was no flavor of any vanilla in the drink , as I know as a chickfila employee they have to follow the recipe to a VANILLA ICED COFFEE which they clearly didnt! I rather go eat at my own chickfila where they do follow the directions working in the drive thru as headset .

Today had lunch here and the lines went so fast, faster than other Chick-fil-a that I have been too. Excellent customer service all around. Even to manager came up to us and ask if we needed water or anything else....OMG I love that...The store manager walking around and asking people if they need anything. Among the restaurants in the area of Orangethorpe and Harbor, this is in the top 3. In-N-Out is my go to spot but in terms of chicken, this is #1. Their breakfast is not too bad. There lunch is a great choice, original chicken sandwiches is the place to go. Interior is comfortable and friendly and they have the best sauces you can find ANYWHERE. Try the chik-fil-a sauce and you wont regret it.

They deal with the lunch rush the best. They seem to have fast food down to a science(the way McDonalds use too). Always fast good food. Every once in awhile they get my order wrong a little bit ( I asked for well done fries and they were not well done) but nothing big usually. I wish other places would learn from them. Overall good food for an Okay price.

I normally refrain from writing any kind of review, but this Chick-fil-A location is the all time best. THATS COMING FROM A TEXAN. Ive been multiple times, and their food was always fresh. Super quick and friendly service as well. I truly wish I could switch the Chick-fil-A closer to my home with this one.

Everyone that works here is always smiling. They are eager to help make your dining experience pleasurable. I really enjoyed eating here and will definitely be back again. Chicken sandwiches were great, I prefer the spicy deluxe (with lettuce and tomato). Criscuts are light and crispy as well.

As usual, Chick-fil-a is delicious. My Cobb salad was perfect with medium to small pieces of lettuce. I hate large pieces I need a knife to cut. The service was quick and complete. I really like the high dividers between the booths; they absorb noise to keep the area quieter than most places.

After eating out all week at every dive around. This place was cleaner and put together than even some places at Downtown Disney. Very impressed with the cleanliness and excellent service. Easily had 40+ customers and I received my food before I could get my straws in the kids drinks.

Very friendly. Its ChickFilA. They set the bar very high. Love their clean playground. My 2 year old son hit his head on a table, as kids do, and the manager insisted on giving him am ice cream to put a smile on his face. It worked. Thanks for your kindness, Charles!

Real good food, but not sure its worth the price. Although the place was crowded the employees worked hard to clear off dirty tables fast which I appreciated. Despite the crowd, ordering and getting our food was super quick. Everyone was very friendly.

Exceptional quality with regards to it being a fast food restaurant. If you dont mind parking and dining in, service is akin to being waited at a decent restaurant and youll be flattered by the abundance of condiments at your disposal.

Great food but kind but pricey incredibly small chicken nuggets the 12-piece and the Frosted lemonade doesnt taste all like lemonade. But their chicken sandwiches and food overall are so good I still give them four stars.

Amazing! The manager was incredibly sincere and kind. The staff, our cashier, Natalie, and the restaurant vibe was incredible! This, being our 1st time to Chick-fil-A, has fulfilled all the hype. We will be back!
