This was the WORST experience Ive ever had ordering food. After waiting over an hour for my delivery, I recieved a call from Charo stating that the driver would be about 10-15 minutes late. After their 15 minute delay turned into a half hour, I called and spoke to whom I presume is the manager. At this point I had bee waiting for my food for 1hour and 30 minutes. He offered me nothing but excuses and didnt try to fix the problem at all. I was so upset I called back to cancel the order entirely. Again, nothing but excuses. AND after canceling the order, the driver still showed up anyways to deliver the food (which, if I had still wanted it, would have been 1 hour and 45 minutes for delivery by that time). At this point they should have at least given us the meal for free. It would be the only thing that would have ever persuaded me to order from this store again. I understand that things happen to cause delays, but when its almost 2 hours late, the manager needs to offer proper compensation, not weak excuses and a coupon for your next visit (that was his offer after I called to cancel, but with this kind of service, why would I ever return to use the coupon? Useless.). I cant believe the low level of service this store has. Very badly managed. I will NEVER order from here again.

Great to go place. When I am feeling lazy and don’t want to venture off to the unknown I stick to the classic grilled chicken. Must have their lemon garlic seasoning on the grilled chicken, with a side of mash potatoes and beans. I like to roll it up on the flour tortillas it comes with and make my own grilled chicken, mash, beans tacos. I know it sounds weird, but it taste great. Service: It’s fast, just how I like my food to go. Call in 10 minutes before you arrive and your newly grilled chicken will be expecting you. Location: Not the best looking environment to eat, it’s a little small and cramped. I don’t really make use of it since most my nightly transactions are to go.

Made an order at 6pm and the food arrived to my door at 730pm. It took them an hour and a half to get it to my home. During that time they called because they lost my address and when the food was delivered it was cold and wrong. I ordered chicken. Regular chicken and they delivered it with an explosion of spicy chicken that wasnt cooked all the way. My fiance got a burrito that was cold and soggy and as soon as he opened the tin foil the burrito collapsed. This is the worst service Ive ever had and will never waist time or money at this place again. It was horrendous!

I"ve ordered from Charo Chicken for delivery and for pick up. Both times I was very pleasantly happy with the food. I usually cook myself at home but Charo Chicken has a great taste of freshness and savory flavors. It is far superior to Pollo Loco in terms of flavor and quality. Happy tummies all around.

This location does it up RIGHT the Charro Chicken way! ;) Ask for the "Taco Sauce" it used to be called garlic sauce and it used to come on everything they make. ITS THE BEST! The people at this location, are kind, friendly, and have a smile on their face :). I also love coming here for the free wifi.
