Long wait with very little customers. Employees move like they are in race with snails. Watched worker prepare 4 famous bowls at one time put most ingredients in all four bowls walked away for approx. 2-3 min. Bowls where just sitting there uncovered. Then as she added the chicken she realized there wasnt enough for the fouth bowl. She proceeded to take pieces of chicken from the other 3 bowls and then just put extra cheese to cover upbthe lack of chicken. When I received my order I asked for hot sauce, salt and pepper and she seemed as if I was burdening her. As I got to my car I decided to check my bag, thats when i realized she failed to put my cookie in the meal. Ubwent back in and tool a good minute to get someones attention and once again it was as if i was just bothering her. Kinda crazy because I DID PAY FOR IT.

The staff is just okay & a few of the employees are not to intelligent. Some are great while others are extremely difficult to deal with location is clean & easy to get in & out of with little inconvenience. They do run out of chicken allot from my experience which is a bit annoying. I like that they double check orders for accuracy before releasing to the customer. Chicken is usually juicy & doesnt paper to be held in the warming boxes fir all that long. They are the best location in the immediate area.

Staff is really cool! Never had a bad experience here. I come here often because I live around the corner. One night I got there 20 minutes before closing and had no more of the chicken I wanted so I left disappointed but I didnt blame them I was a day late and a buck short. Next time I went in there one of the employees hooked it up with extra food for the inconvenience of my last trip! Too awesome!

Warning, Bad Food, Bad Service!!! The staff NEVER has Crispy, NEVER has CHICKEN BREASTS, undercooked or semi raw chicken. They trick you into ordering dark meat or legs and thighs then serve it undercooked. Tried it 3 times, 3 times we got sick, 3 strikes and we are out. Need to let the Franchise owners know what the manager and staff are doing.

Christmas eve, door says they close at 8:00pm. Its 7:22pm, doors are locked with people inside, go to drive-thru and all they say is "Were closed!" No apology or courtesy. I had to drive to KFC on Euclid blvd. At 7:52 they were able to serve me. Guess who we not get any business from me. I dont write reviews but I had to comment on this!!

Food is good. People working there need better customer service training. Rude and correcting me. Dont correct me, just do your job, take the order. Tables not clean. Soda are not clean. The girls were just hanging out in back. Laughing at customers.

Had the Nashville Hot basket with 3 chicken tenders... more like 1 chicken tender filleted into 3 pieces (thin pieces). The Nashville sauce tasted good but, was excessive and oily; the biscuit was placed in the same container and absorbed the sauce :(

If youre in the area like I was visiting Disneyland. And you dont want the McDonalds next door I dont see why not for this place. Its nothing special and nothing bad your everyday average KFC food is not good for you but it tastes all right.

Unexpectedly Awesome....try this place. It is close to Disneyland and the service was great. Janey was pleasantly helpful, we got our food fast and the restaurant is clean! Maybe management has changed or something, but now it is 5 stars

Been going here for about a year havent had a bad experience. Food always seems as expected and its clean. Staff could be more energetic and smile more and not look like they hate their job but you can tell they are very nice
