Never had I had a bad experience here. Yes, it does get pretty busy here but their service is pretty quick and always with a smile. A few years back, I had a late shift and went to pick up a dinner for a colleague and I, and of course I left my wallet in at work. As Im getting ready to pay, Im scrambling to find what cash I have in my car, but only found enough for 1 meal. So, i told them my story and ask them to take out one meal. But they insist that I take the second one on the house. I felt bad, came back the following day to pay, but they wouldnt take the money. I love how they keep with their southern philosophy on great service and always having the best staff.

First time eating here and the service was incredible. We were approached numerous times throughout our meal if we needed anything and if the meal was ok!! The chicken was so tender and delicious and the waffle fries were a fun change. The indoor seating area was super clean and comfortable while patrons also dined outside on the patio under umbrellas.

First time having Chick-fil-A but it was OK. Had some chicken strips. With the criss cut fries and lemonade. Food is bland I dont see what the fuss is about. Lemonade was very sweet. But I will give it another chance if it comes about... I hear theres a less sweetened lemonade. And I would like to try something else.

The Chik-fil-a at Bristol and MacArthur is by far the best one Ive been to! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It was busier than they anticipated so we had to wait a little longer, but they gave our family of 6 free ice cream for the trouble! And the good was delish as always :)

The staff is so frendly! I feel so welcome when I come to this location.. they have employees walking around the tables constantly asking if their guest need anything. A bit pricey but worth it for what you get and also the service! This spot is a must if your craving some chicken

The service was amazing. They greeted us when we entered and were extremely polite. The food is always top notch for fast food and I couldnt be happier. We even scored a free small milkshake! The space is also well maintained and clean. I would definitely come back.

Food is great! Drive through is kind of small for the area. Traffic can be pretty hectic during lunch and after work hours so plan for a wait before getting your food. Employees do go outside to take your order to help speed up the process during these busier times.

2 drive thru lines for the lunch rush. Juicy and tender chicken sandwich and irresistible waffle fries!!! And endless condiment selections.... Though they messed one thing up on my sauces during my drive thru order. Always very friendly people working.

Its closed on Sundays just so you know. I miss this cookie sundae that they used to have but overall decent alternatives. I got a free chick fil a sandwich for national cow appreciation day dressing up was encouraged. They even provide stuff online.

Love their food. KFC has its own style chicken, Chick fila has theirs. Their waffle fries are about the same level as In n Out, but lucky for both of them, the rest of their menu is sooooo good, it doesnt matter. A really well run business.

wow, i just went for the first time to chick-fil-a the other day and got a milkshake (choc) a vlub chick sand and their fries and the food was amazing.. try it out, healthier choice than in-n-out if your in the mood for a sand.

Great customer service!! If theres anything you need or if you forget anything theyre more than happy to get it for you and bring it to the table. The staff has a great attitude making it a happy environment.

Ive been to multiple chic-fil-A this one is the worst. Constantly has new staff and meh food. The morning crew seems to be on point, afternoon crew is always fluctuating hence quality is variable.

Fast service even during the lunch rush. They have 2 people out on the drive through taking orders, by the time you get to the window youve already paid so its much faster than normal.

Its a fast food chicken restaurant. Sandwiches, strips, nuggets. Staff keeps things clean and theyre friendly. Oreo milkshake is delicious.
