I came here on a Saturday early evening (around 6 PM). Ive been to other 85C Bakery locations in Southern California, but I like this one the best in terms of overall cleanliness and place to study. There are a decent number of tables, and the seats are decently comfortable (but, in my opinion, perhaps a little low compared to the tables). Without validation, I believe you can park 30 minutes in the parking garage for free. Just to be safe, though, it is recommended that you get your parking ticket validated (I think youre good for up to 2 hours). You just go up to the cashier, and they run your ticket through a machine to validate. I ordered the Grapefruit Green Tea (1/3 sugar, since the drinks are typically on the sweeter side), and it was on par with that of the other locations. The drinks came out really quickly, but the place wasnt exactly too busy, either. I would come back here to grab a drink and study. Edit: There is Wi-Fi here. I thought Id mention that because it looks like one of the reviews from a few months had docked points for this location not having Wi-Fi. It must be a new thing. The Wi-Fi password is printed on the receipt.

I have to complain this store about my bad experience. On May 06, I went to the store to order a mango brûlée cake for celebrating my sons 2years old birthday. I filled out the order form and required a custom birthday sign. After 2 days morning, when I went to pick up the cake, I noticed that they just put a regular 85 cafe birthday sign on my cake. I was a kind of dispointed. Then their staff said they can make my sign right away. I have been waiting around 25 mins, they were still working on melted the chocolate. I had no time to wait for longer then I just took the cake without my custom sign. In the restaurant when we tried the cake, it was too horriable. The mango on the cake was not ripen. They were too hard to eat. My son loves all mangos. He thrower away after bite. Whey they put unripen mango on a cake?

Great new location close to CSU Fullerton & surrounding hotels. Spacious, clean & good place to hangout with friends & chill. They have the usual things that other 85 degree locations have but they also have some special seasonal items. Wish theyd offer free WiFi & more outlets for students to study though. -1 Overall, a nice place to get your 85 crave on if youre in the area. =) Tip: Free parking first 30 minutes then 1 hour with validation or you can always park on the nearby streets but parking can be limited.

I like the place, but honestly you have very poor inexperienced stuff, today the place was busy with just one cacher service, we sat in line for time while the cacher toke long time to serve one customer, i asked the manager if you have other person to help, but no serious response, i hope you teach them how to be patient and treat with customers respectively. Thanks

Amazing! If your looking for a bakery that has state of the art taste, look no further than 85°Bakery. This place offers a lot of variety of breads such as Chocolate chip bread or the sausage bread. This place is affordable and delicious. In addition it is way cheaper than Ralphs and Paris Baguette. Prices range from $1.50-$3.

The shop itself is next to Cal state Fullerton, giving way to a rich student life. The workers there are college students, along with the customers. Everyone was polite and the mixed berry loaf was delicious! Heads up, parking is in the apartment complex, its 30 min for free so dont be afraid to drop by.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is really fast as well. The parking lot is indoor! One of those that you has to get a ticket by the entrance. You can stay there for an hour for free without validation. With validation, you can stay there for an extra 2 hours.

Great 85c baked goods, but parking is a bit confusing. Basically enter into the parking structure opening next to the bakery. I went towards closing, so not as many food options at that point. I also imagine parking might be challenging when CS Fullerton is in session.

Their presentation of their dessert products and unique bread items with reasonable pricing and boba to boot make it one day my favourite places to satisfy my sweet and savoury tooth. The only drawback is that drinks that are sweet in nature tend to be overly sweet.

Cheap, good tea. Boba isnt as good as other places. Not a huge fan of their bread, but I can see why theyre popular regardless. Their cakes and such are pretty good too, but their taro cake is only taro with vanilla cake now, instead of actual taro flavored cake.

Nice and clean bakery. Sea salted coffee is good all the time. Only down side is too many time killers at the table. Some times your order get delay by crowd. Try to avoid that moment. If not, youll spend more than 30 min just for coffee or any other drink.

Actually plenty of seating for studying and having a pastry and coffee. Beats Starbucks any day of the week because of the pastry options, both sweet and savory, light and not so buttery as the poundcakes youd get at Starbucks. Cheaper too!

Got a smaller section than your average 85, but it still is good. Got the full menu of drinks, which are all made with good quality, with some seating for those who want to study, you got a good set up here.

Similar to Starbucks except you get a tray and grab some yummy pastries. A little more expensive then my liking (but Im cheap) so I only go on certain occasions (like payday). Excellent nonetheless still.

Smaller selection of pastries and dont carry the normal stuff that I get at other locations. Drinks come out at the same speed as other locations which isnt very fast. Love the sea salt coffee though.

Everything thing here is ok. I havent had anything thats great or really bad. If you want a drink and dessert or just some Taiwanese style bread stop by. You wont be amazed or disappointed.

a little bigger than the average 85 degree. very clean, the parking is not great but the short term street parking in front of the store is enough to go in and grab some bread or a drink

So many tasty snacks! The milk pudding bread, jalapeño roll and the hokkaido cheese are amazing!!!! The iced sea salt black tea is the best drink by far~ I always treat myself to one!

I love their brioche bread. Great place to catch up and talk. Not the quietest, but great open space. Not many outlets. But free WiFi. Limit is two hour free parking with validation

Flavors were standard as far as 85C goes, but the bread selection was very limited compared to other locations Ive been to. Also, the turnaround time for drinks was much higher.

The lines here can get a bit long during busy hours. They validate parking as well for the parking structure (last I checked, its 2 hrs free after validation).

Very spacious. Delicious tea and pastries. Often see students studying here since its near a school. Parking in the structure is free as long as you validate

Their Taiwanese style bread is pretty decent. I recommend their pork sung breaf. Their drinks are only so-so. The service is friendly and pretty quick.
