Unfortunately, my wife and I had less than favorable impression of the service and quality on our experience today. We both ordered coffee and cupcakes. When we received our coffee, it was stale and completely cold. Apparently the coffeemaker had been off for quite a while, and the attendant was clearly clueless or unconcerned. We would have been willing to wait for a fresh brew of coffee, but the attendant just offered us our money back since " they were going to close in about 45 minutes". I would have enjoyed my cupcake with some coffee, but it was not to be. We sat down and ate our cupcake, and the attendant went back to her seemingly very important texting session we had interrupted. The place being completely empty should have clued us in.

Visited the store yesterday and I was very dissatisfied with the customer service my friends and I receive. When we walked inside, we noticed the guy working there was holding a conversation on the phone. Not once did he acknowledge us in any way and continued his conversation for 10 minutes before he decided to help us. Reluctantly, we still bought cupcakes after such rude service. The cupcakes were okay; the frosting was great but the cake itself was kind of dry. The place was very dirty and messy. They advertise ice cream and coffee, but there was none. In all honesty, this place sucked and I was mad we even went there. I would NEVER go there again.

I always grab a few dozen mini cupcakes here. With so many little ones in the family, these are the perfect size. Small enough for little hands and it doesnt create a crazy sugar high that parents would hate me for buying these for the party. I think my favorite is the coconut almond one. Ill be back again when another baby shower hits my office. These make great displays that will wow the mommy to be.

i went today, it was my first time. the cupcakes are pretty freaking amazing. ive only had two, but they were both delicious. i had the king & the old towne orange. both very tasty & moist. the place is very cute, love the black, white, & baby blue decor. i would have given it 5 stars, but the owner seems to need a little extra help because her shop is pretty popular :-D

I think cupcakes were messy and service was poor. Owner needs to watch how she describes and uses words on national tv. Using the word ghetto about displays on tv says a lot about her!!.

I came here after they renovated place. Cup cakes are good, but coffee is not good. It was cold and when I asked about it, she went back and warned it up. Seems it wasnt fresh at all.

Cupcakes were good but not amazing. Agree that the place is dirty, mostly tired looking. It feels like someone had a cute concept but doesnt bother to maintain it.

Out of 4 cupcakes that were purchased only one was edible... seriously. Save your money and disappointment and get them at the grocery store.

The place was nice, but not sure the cupcakes were worth the 3 bucks.. Similar to other fancy cupcake places I have been to.
