For the majority of the time, this is a good Starbucks but dont count on much late in the evening. They frequently clear out all their deli/pastry items1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours before closing. In addition, this is a very busy store and sometimes they get careless so if you want a crème based drink, its likely you will still get a hint of coffee flavor - either they dont rinse the pitchers well enough, they spill coffee in their ice, or something. I have had them remake crème based drinks and know they did not put coffee in it but it still tastes like coffee. This is disgusting for people who hate coffee and those who are allergic to caffeine. The city needs another Starbucks so this one wont be so overwhelmed.

Delano Starbucks & most of their employees are the worst! Consistently slow service and inexperienced staff. The drive thru is ridiculous so I wont even waste my time or my gas. I usually make a mobile order but there is still a long wait time. Which I dont understand, the whole point is to jump the line, so if you see someone walk in and go straight to the pick up window it should be pretty obvious that they have a mobile order. No one greets you and you rarely get any aknowlegement at all. And the the quality of the drinks! They seriously need to go back to Starbucks University and get some training. No matter what you order, its going to set like a watered down mess.

So I placed my order; venti ,iced green tea , "NO ICE!!" Classic. When I got my order, half of venti was full of ICE, so I told DENISE ;I think thats what her name was, that I wanted NO ice. Well DENISE took the cup out of my hands and literally threw the whole thing down the drain , mind you giving me a dirty look, bad attitude, and then almost throws the cup back on counter, no explanation. AND THEY WANT TO GET PAID $15 AN HOUR. LMAO Apparently this person hates her job, she should seriously reconsider QUITTING and stop making peoples lives miserable. She should have a smile when people go in, and always say sorry!!!! ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE! !!!!

Worst experience ever. Ordered two drinks. Waited 10 minutes for only to find out they were out of everything we ordered. They r out of coconut milk for my iced drink. So I order soy. Then they make it wrong and douse it with Carmel. Not what I ordered. Had to redo it. My husband ordered cold press...surprise surprise... out if that. Had to settle for iced coffee. You should not take an order if your out. Fix your system if something is 86ed to red flag your employees when your out if product. Plus we probably overpaid now that I think of it since we had to settle for lower priced items. Thanks for nothing.

After 23 min in the drive through I called the store to be told that (1 person the one who answered the phone is the only one making drinks) so I just needed to wait my turn . At 27 min I got to order . If there was a way to curb hop out this Starbucks I would . They are rude and so far there drive through is a joke . So just a be ready to wait with rude service . Took 31 min .

Went through the drive-thru, and it took forever to get to the window. It was around 11ish, and I figured we beat the morning rush. I ordered two Caramel Brulee Lattes, and a Pumpkin Frap for my daughter. The Latte tasted great! I had a sip of my girls Frap, and it was perfect! It had the right amount of everything! Kudos to the Barrista who made our drinks!! You rock!

I waited on the drive through for 45 minutes when I came up to the window they asked me "ummm what were you waiting for ?" Besides the bad service and inefficiency of the personnel, the manager has to be the most rude person in this planet and her stupidity has no barriers. When you pay $5 for coffee you would expect for Starbucks to not have morons for managers.

I placed in order for a very berry refresher and small Frappuccino. I have no problem waiting for 20min drink, but a hole 1hr went by and my drinks werent done. I was cool about it, so I approached the employee about my order and her response was" I forgot". Lol.. luv the drinks and coffee they have thier but the wait for simple drink was to long...

This is the WORST Starbucks experience I have had. Went in close to 930, the two girls "Working" the front were too busy gossiping and laughing at eachother, while my cups sat at the counter, NOT being made. When I asked what the hold up was , they said they were cleaning a "spill". I would never recommend or return to this Starbucks.

The filth and squaller here is incredible. The entire area stinks of sewage and the store itself is a mess. It has all the appearances of a drug or crime front. Employees hate their jobs here and the milk/creamer is rancid. No napkins. No straws unless you wait in line and ask again. No lids...! Need I say more?

No smiles or friendly welcoming, the place was a mess, boxes all stacked up in the corner, empty baskets up front and only 3 people working with tons of people waiting. When you have to apologize to every person for the wait thats a bad sign especially if you are moving line a turtle!!!

I love starbucks but this starbucks is the slowest one of all....definitely need to improve on their communication and speed....employees seem to need some motivation....Ive seen other starbucks where theres a lot of motivation and employees seem happier......just an observation ;)

Terrible terrible terrible is the one word I think of to describe my experience at the only Starbucks in Delano. The service sucks and the drinks are usually mediocre. The lack of staff along with the lack of experienced staff contribute to all the disaster.

The place is great. Service is great. This one location serves a 75,000 population plus area so be patient when ordering. Particularly during the Holidays. Other than that its a great spot. Been a customer since it opened. No complaints so far.

Theres only one Starbucks in town so there can be a bit of a wait in the drive thru. However i never had a problem with order into the app and picking up my order. The staff is always nice and even though theyre busy they get my order right.
