There are big and baby cockroaches in the kitchen.also dont be surprised if you find hair in your food or if your steak isnt cooked how you ordered it(the cooks dont care if the food comes out wrong)the dishes are dirty even after going through the dishwasher.servers and the cooks touch food with their bare dirty hands from time to time (even some of the managers)when its "too busy" or "theres not enough time".If thats not enough theres a rodent problem. But wait theres more, the food is absolute GARBAGE.(overpriced garbage) I mean for a restaurant that has "chowder" in big bold words on all the windows you would think the clam chowder wasnt some watered-down soup that came in a can that they heat up in a microwave then serve.actually you can bet that pretty much 90% of your food was microwaved.To make this long rant finally come to an end 100% of the servers cringe when they get an African American party; openly complaining out loud to co-workers and managers about how "theyre needy","dont ever tip",and "always try to get something token off their bill".With all this in mind I hope you save your time and hard earned money and get you and your family a real meal.Sadly this review isnt a joke unlike this establishment.in case youve read this far and are questioning my credentials I recently worked at this location for over a year as a line cook but had to transfer to the San Jose location due to not wanting to be associated with such poor hospitality.

Our server was Daniel. He explained to us as soon as we placed our appetizer order that the kitchen was a bit backed up, no problem, and we appreciated the heads up. The whole night he was very attentive but not too much. I felt so bad because the three ladies next to us were acting so horribly rude to him, I NEVER heard him be rude or forget about them and these girls were just so extremely rude. I tried tracking down the manager i wanted to tell him/her what a great server Daniel was and the crap he had to put up with, so busy no luck finding the manager. Thank you Daniel, you truly know how to work with people and made us feel a lot better even though the kitchen (that was not your problem) was backed up.

I hate writing negative reviews, but I have to in this case. I called for reservations and told that they dont do reservations. I guess it is important to them that everyone comes in and waits and waits? I asked them what a typical wait might be on a Friday and got a diatribe of how it is impossible to tell how busy they will be so it is not possible to comment. How in the world can someone be that ignorant about their business? If it wasnt for the fact that my date is really looking forward to going, I would find someplace else. I see other comments less than favorable and now I know why and I havent even got there yet. I can imagine it onlly goes down hill from here.

My mom and I were visiting from out of state when my mom demanded a shrimp salad for lunch. We drove around downtown and saw Red Lobster and went perfect. Im not much on seafood so I had a cheese burger. It was delicious. Nice fresh lettuce, cooked perfect, medium...even though I was told only medium well or well done. The fries again cooked perfect; crisp, hot, seasoned correctly. My mom had a bowl of clam chowder and a ceaser shrimp salad. The salad was so big, she took half home and ate it for dinner! Thank you Jaime Espinoza, General Manager, for making our visit awesome!

Sad, went to a special birthday dinner my kids treated me so I felt like I should not complain. Lobster and steak was both very overcooked served with raw broccoli. Server was overworked so did not get order correct then forgot to bring the missing food. Split check both receipts suggested the tip in full lucky my kids looked or we would have tipped double in a terrible meal. Been a loyal customer since day one hence kids bringing me...

I swore 10 years ago that I would never eat there again. Ate there the other night thinking maybe my taste had changed. Nope. Maybe another 10 years. Geez the food was so salty. Are they trying to get me to drink more? Hint... not enough fluids in that place to satisfy all that salt. Cannot wait till 2022 to try it again, NOT. Service: OK not the kids fault the food sucked.

Seafood at Red Lobster is great and delicious. Youre paying top dollar for the food they serve, very fulfilling and good service. Although I find the food very pleasing yet something is missing, the taste isnt quite exquisite as you would expect it to be in the commercials.

A typical true American restaurant (at least in my case) meaning that it is nice looking, but not tasty. Both fish and side dishes were too salty. That was a trout from a special fresh fish menu, so one needs to be too "skilled" cooker to prepare fresh trout untasty.

Not the best of the best. Wait time was 15 minutes "WHERE IS THE WAITER?" Someone finally decided to take care of us. They were very nice and understanding and corrected us when we said something incorrect. The food was AMAZING. Will go back later and update review

Food was good. They charge a cocktail even if it wasnt tasting good and the glass still full. I wanted to give a tip but the server wasnt able to give me a pen that write. I also waited a long time, the restaurant wasnt even packed ... its a matter of luck there.

Went in for take out. Hostess let my lobster pizza get cold while waiting on a very slow, indecisive customer. She could have just asked me if I had a pickup and handed it to me without interrupting the other customer. Bad staff training for a take out clerk.

There were only 6 customers and the food came very slow. I felt it was under seasoned. The server td us she was going home and nobody else came to check on us after that. We had to find somebody to take our money, we literally could have walked out the door.

The waiter Kenneth was awesome! We had a great time for my fiancés birthday meal. I had a strawberry mojito that wasnt all that but drinkable and the ultimate feast which I normally love but the crab legs tasted like they were soaked in water not fresh.

If youre going to ID One Patron, You should ID ALL Patrons. Otherwise, thats Discrimination. There should not be a Reason why a waiter/waitress is allowed to pick and choose who they ask for ID when patron is ordering an alcoholic beverage.

fantastic service for a chilled weds night in fremont. had bar seats. Brandy my bartender waitress all in 1 was FANTASTIC. MGMT showed warm hospitality as well. REASON WHY I GAVE A 5....my favorite spot for over 15 years
