I LOVE LOVE THE FOOD HERE however i recently went like 30 mins ago (i used the app so that i can just go and pick up) my order was supposed to be ready by 12:10 it wasnt until 12:25 that i got up and asked (and normally they have it on the screen when ur food is being prepared and when its ready my name appeared on neither screens) then when i ask the gentlemen at the counter if they had an order for me HE ASKED ME FOR MY ID TO VERIFY IF IT WAS MY ORDER WHEN I HAD THE APP OPEN THE EMAIL VERIFICATION ON MY PHONE BUT WHAT BOTHERED ME THE MOST IS THAT NOT ONCE WHIRL I WAS SITTING THERE DID HE REQUEST AN ID FROM THE OTHER CUSTOMERS COMING TO PICK UP THEYRE ORDERS ONLY ME! AND TO HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINS FOR MY ORDER WHEN I USED THE APP SO THATI WOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT WAS INFURIATING! OH AND THATS NOT ALL ITEMS WHERE MISSING FROM MY ORDER!!! AND I ORDERED SPECIAL FROZEN DRINKS AS WELL BY THE TIME I GOT THEM THEY WERE ALL MELTED!!! Now im never using the damn app or coming to this location again im only giving them the 3 stars cause i really love the food.

I totally love Panera Bread. Delicious healthy sandwichs, soups, salads oh and great bagels and tasty cinnamon rolls. And other sweets. The Today was a pretty busy morning, I went right after church and it was still early but one can get salads and sandwhiches all day. I asked if the cream of broccoli soup was ready at 11 a.m. and it was so I was very pleased. Long line that went down pretty fast with everyone that was there because they had enough people working the register and preparing food. I like Panera Bread because its healthy for me. This was the first time I tried their watermelon strawberry lemonade it was more or less like a slushie in a juice mixed in one because it was frozen but it was delicious. I just wish that came in a larger cup. Great food great prices. Very nice atmosphere

This place has been going down hill for the last year and a half. Not Panera in general but this specific location. This location is always running out of ingredients and service is extremely slow (I wish I had taken a picture of the ordering kiosk with half the bread options unavailable on a Saturday afternoon). Last straw for me was my last visit; ordered for take out and had to cancel my order after waiting for half an hour. They were not close to even preparing my food and after indicating that the wait was unacceptable and wanted to cancel my order the manager did not even offer a half hearted apology. Avoid this location if possible; there are other food options with better service in the area.

This Panera sucks. 1. Didnt have gouda for my wifes sandwich, not a big deal by itself. 2. No arugula for my sandwich, still no biggie. 3. After ordering staff came to tell me theres no cheddar cheese for my sandwich, do they know how to order supplies and what did I just pay for? 4. My brownie is rock hard on one side. 5. My coffee was full of grounds, again the price doesnt justify the quality of their food.

Food always great, service amazing, great quality ingredients BUT the floor looks dirty!!! There was gloves on the floor by where they slice bread. I understand bread crumbs on floor because its a bakery but there is no exceptions with gloves not being disposed in the trash can. Totally grossed my husband out and it was his 1st time at a Panera.

Good food, ordering online is fast and convenient, and staff are quick to fix any problems that you might have with your order. Some downsides are that it can get a little crowded around lunch and if there are a lot of students studying or working on schoolwork. But this store has a great atmosphere and the workers are super friendly.

I did an RAPID PICKUP and they took on hour. What is the point to order ahead when you have to wait for your food while everyone else gets it first. Waist of time and they need to get it together. Unprofessional, how long does it take to throw lettuce in a box with a cookie. Come on...

Prices high food bland bread just fair. I dont see what all the fuss is about. I wonder if the other reviews in here are real. With all the good eaterys up here on the hill you gotta be able to do better than small condiment pkg. with a sandwich that costs 10 bucks!

I am a assiduous costumer since more than 30 years , good & cheap food , my favorite chicken teriyaki lunch , with endless cold ice tea, friendly atmosphere and good portion. I like going at lunch with family & friends.

Had our all time favorite hot turkey sandwich. It is so good, with real turkey, cranberry sauce, gravy and mashed potatoes. The food is always good no matter what we have. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

The location on google is wrong. It is actually in the building that is west of the location marked on the map. This is my favorite Panera. Also, they serve breakfast. Great fresh food!
