I hope the owner of this Michoacana would read this. How do you open a Michoacana parlor and not have all the things a Michoacana should have?? The lady in front of me asked for 4 different flavor of ice cream and the employee just said "we dont have that" its a different owner. I just wanted a world famous Agua de Limon (lemonade) and she said we just have Jamaica (hicabus). Service is slow, only 2 employees on a hot Sunday afternoon. Luckily there are 2 other locations near by, go to them. I for one wont be back.

HORRIBLE CUSTUMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!! usually go to the one in rialto awesome service ..and today i came yo the location in Colton and its a disgrace of location the girls that work there are rude and disrespectful I asked ODALIS if the churro preparado came with avocado because thats what the pic said and both girls said obviously not because thats not what she gaved us. Unprofessional !

Horrible customer service although their bioncos is the reason I come here but Ive had to wait several times for them to open on time! Like today 10:15am and it was still no where near to open... I was freezing outside and I needed to get back to work! So I left to tortas Sinaloa at least there they had great customer service!

One of the biggest Michiacanas I have visited. Any conceivable ice cream agua or leche based type you can find here including a plethora of paletas. Attendants were super nice and helped with choosing ice creams and they offered to allow us to taste test as many as we liked.

Treats are great, but they can be quite slow. Took half an hour for them just to take our order. Not very organized with how they handle customers; there is no line. If they arent busy, or if you dont mind the wait, this place will serve you tasty treats.

I asked for a strawberry raspado, it tasted like strawberry jam with ice. I then ask for nachos and the chips were stale. My husband asked for a bionico and it was missing a lot fruit. We were really disappointed and plus they are very pricey!!
