Everybodys reviews are good, which makes me feel guilty for 2.5 stars. Maybe they just do takeout, which is probably great. I came in at 1:15 on a Saturday. It was almost empty but the service was non-existent almost. I had to ask twice for a napkin and utensils. Their customer was not to ask if I needed anything or if the food was good. The two servers seemed very distant, even with only two other tables occupied. I ordered the King Pao Chicken lunch. The wonton soup cup was quite small. The eggroll was ok. The main dish had tons of eice and not so much Kung Pao Chicken. And it wasnt spicy and, while it had a lot of peanuts, there was no visible red pepper, a mainstay for this dish most places. I will probably try it again to see if this was just a bad day.

This is the Best Chinese Restaurant in Folsom IMHO. They use lots of great vegetables and make delicious sauces. If they dont have exactly what you want on the menu, then they will make you what you want. I think the quality of the food is a cut above the other Chinese restaurants in town.

Best Chinese Food I have EVER had! This place will always be my favorite and I would drive hours to eat here if i had to. Food is delicious, high quality and the staff is so great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Their sesame chicken is to die for.

Rice Express has been a family favorite for over ten years!! They have some of the best Chinese food ever. We love their sesame chicken, broccoli and beef, fried rice, wonton soup, and POT STICKERS! This is a Folsom gem for sure!!

BEST CHINESE FOOD EVER! they have the nicest waiters/waitresses ever and the service is amazing. The food is inexpensive and the portions are huge.
