Filthy! Walked in on a Friday evening around 7:15pm. They were a little busy which is understandable for a Friday night. The waitress greeted us and asked if it was OK to sit us next to the door since there were few tables. We obliged and then started to realize our mistake. She asked us what we wanted to drink and we told her hot tea. She returned 2 minutes later with water, no tea. That was the last we heard from our waitress. Another family came in , got seated, and even had their order taken before us. We also saw another customer report to the waitress that the silverware had accidentally hit the floor and that they need to bring it all to be washed since they were now dirty. In addition to our sticky table, their menus were filthy and also covered in dried soy sauce. There was much dirt on their carpets and by 7:50pm and no tea or other services, we just up and left. So disappointed . . . even their water tasted like it came straight from the tap without filtering. Sorry, but Sushi King should really be named Sushi Joke!

The restaurant seemed very disorganized. The man who seated us took our drink orders, then we were asked again by another man, THEN asked again by the man who seated us. I received my food approximately 10-15 minutes before my boyfriend received his 2 rolls. I ordered sesame chicken - my chicken looked like it had deep frier residue on it and tasted like rubber. My boyfriends sushi tasted like it was pre-made, kind of like dollar sushi usually is. We had to ask for refills and didnt receive them for 5-10 minutes (with only two other tables in the restaurant). When we told our waiter that we didnt really enjoy the food, a lady, who I assume is the manager, came out and asked us if we enjoyed our food. We both said no, but she didnt offer any sort of replacement meal or apology. Instead, she immediately handed us the bill. TL;DR: food was bad and customer service was worse.

Ok, would it kill them the get new menus instead of using dog-earred sticky ones? Whats up with the sticky tables too? And dont go into bathroom unless you like seeing for food stocked next to the toilet that has just been lit up... taste. No other sushi place for a while around here. Aint much else going on in Green Valley, what with Applebees closed. Wait, did I just say I missed Applebees? Yes I did, because its Green Valley! This place is always late with your food and apologetic. I saw other tables waiting endlessly for their sushi only to be told by the waitress that their food was late because they had a lot of to go orders. Not our problem! Do yourself a favor and go to Palm Thai next door. Clean and much friendlier service and definitely tastier food.

Ordered 8 rolls at 6:15 over the phone for pickup. Was told to arrive at 7. Got there at 7 but sushi wasnt ready until 7:30. After waiting 30 minutes for the takeout they messed up one roll and forgot 2 others (was not charged for the 2 they forgot). Was not willing to wait even longer for the two rolls they forgot and didnt realize the mistake roll until i got home. The prices are also much higher than the prices listed online. The sushi was good but they were so unreliable that i dont think ill be back.

GREAT FOOD & warm service! i LOVE sushi king! i always get the Green Valley Roll (extra spicy for my tastes) and the salad is pretty good too. Ive tried many rolls here and have never been disappointed. Kelly is such an amazing waitress, she is very sweet and I love to chat with her when i come here. they always make you feel welcome. the price is about average for sushi, about $10 for their signature rolls, but definitely worth it

I go here all the time-about once a week. Its one of the (very few) great restaurants in Fairfield. Consistantly fresh, delicious and the staff is wonderful. Not sure about some of the other reviews-Ive had their sushi and its always great. Please support them-they are one of the last bastions of fresh, healthy food in our area.

This is hands down one of my favorite sushi places . I come get my haircut in the shopping center and i always make a stop here the sushi is great as well as the staff. You can sit at the bar and watch them make the sushi which is very fun . I prefer this to any sushi in Napa or St. Helena.

Love the customer service at this place! Great food! Great atmosphere! Erin is awesome! He is really easy to talk to, he gives you that great dining experience. When you dine in, sit at the sushi bar with Erin, hell entertain you!

I tried calling in an order and it kept going to voicemail. It is Thursday and it is 8:15 and says they close at 9. If they want more customers they should really get someone to answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!

Sign says all you can eat sushi. Ive eaten at a million sushi spots and ive never heard of $30 a person.... So 3 of us eat lunch and the tab is $100 plus... Not for a hole in the wall

Their sushi was fresh especially salmon. The salad was ok and I like their dressing. I like their veggie tempura. The tempura was crispy and fresh. The miso soup was very tasty.

Only sushi place around that serves California rolls with real crab and no mayonnaise. Raw Tuna is always fresh. Prices are reasonable. Friendly staff.
