Usaually when I visit IHOP, Im satisfied with my experience. Today is the complete opposite for me and my family. Everything went wrong from customer service to my food. The waitress who served us name was Shelby. Nice girl but she definitely had a bad attitude. I think I would blame the cook the most because when we had our food served to us it did not come complete. I ordered two breakfast samplers. When we got the food it was cold especially my eggs, she told me too wait a few more mins for my pancakes. I did not receive my pancakes until 10 minutes later(uncooked). I let my wife try just to double check. I informed the girl that my pancakes were not cooked so she took those and told me to wait a few more mins. About 10 minutes later my every piece of food on my plate was cold as ice, No way to enjoy. By then my family is done eating. So I told her she can just take the plate & the slightly warm orange juice back. I then left and I will never return to eat here.

Crappy service. The lady behind the register spent 10 minutes talking to her friend before seating us. Makeup made her look like a clown. Not very professional, already considering walking 30 feet to The Habit and havent even tried the food yet. Very loud as they had all the empty booths right up front but would not seat anyone there and all the people pushed in the back left or right where little kids screaming the whole time. When I inquired about the seating they responded "The waiters are behind so we dont seat people quickly." Finally seated and got our food. 1 hour has passed since entering. The eggs were runny, even though scrambled. Not sure how that happened. The bacon was burnt and the toast was basically still bread. 0/5 if o could

(Went on November 12, 2015) DONT GO! Worst service ever!! Waited over 30mins to get a seat (we only got a seat because we threated to leave the restuarant to go to Black Bear Diner) Then it took an additional 45mins to get drinks. NOTE: I would understand if it was the resturant was full of people, but the restuarant was practically emptied and it was fully staffed. UNACCEPTABLE!!! And the food is horrible too. I ordered scrabbled eggs along with my pancakes, but when I received it, the eggs werent scrabbled. They were just Sunnyside up eggs that were microwaved for about a minute and then chopped up and thrown on the plate. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Food and service was subpar but not terrible, but the worst had to be when the kitchen door opened and we got an overwhelming stench of raw sewage. Perhaps a one time incident bUT I couldnt say for sure. The mens room had obviously backed up as a ditry liquid covered the floors. I have no idea the extent of what caused this but Im pretty sure they should have closed the restaurant. It was that bad!!!

I have enjoyed the food each time I have been here. The only thing that I can complain about it is sometimes and only sometimes, the service is not great. Here its either you get a great server or you get an absent minded server. They have a clean restaurant and the food is as good as any other location. I have been back & will continue to go.

Popular place with the locals. Small venue with people lined up outside waiting to get in. The whole experience was phenomenal and worth the short wait. A very nice gentleman with two young boys who frequent there often offered their seats to us and the staff was hard working and very friendly.

We decided to check out this eatery on a whim... I was not disappointed... The basa fish was very good!!! My wife had a good breakfast... Clean comfortable roomy... Nice wait staff... Small restroom, but clean... Reasonable prices... We will return...

Not the best experience, service took long with a bit of attitude. Staff were arguing amongst themselves, good was mediocre at best. Wish I could have given a better review, but the service left me not wanting to give them another shot....

Omelette looked throughed together. Fruit bowl not fresh looked like it just came out of the fridge... frozen like. Wont be going back for breakfast anymore. Dennys breakfast much better. Fruit always fresh.

The hostess sat us and gave us menus. That was it. No one came to ask us for drinks, no one even said HI. After 20 minutes, we got up and went across the street to the habit. At least they enjoyed us!
