Me and my wife and two kids received such an awesome experience starting with the server that we were provided with named Lola (GREAT JOB)! Although business had seemed to be very moderate for them during the time; Our food was brought out to us within minutes between the drinks, appetizers, and main entrees... sizzling hot and very delicious!!! The overall customer service experience of the staff and restaurant environment was friendly and professional... just plain enjoyable!!! At the time we were visiting from Manteca California at nearby Six Flags, well definitely plan to go back in the near future! By the way, this is in comparison to a few other Red Lobsters weve visited in Norcal and this one by far is the best!

Im giving a 2 star not for the food (I didnt even get to try it) but because of the service, and it would have been one but for the host. I walked in and the hosts was very friendly and sweet and I let her know I wanted to order take out. She motioned me to the bar area. I sat down and immediately got a moody lady who looked at me and snarkly said well if its take out its going to be a while, before she walked away. I sat there and she came back 2 minutes later and looked at me as if surprised I was still there. She left again. It was nearly 10 minutes and I never even got water or a menu brought to me. There were only 2 other ppl at the bar. I left.

First time in that location, I loved it , party of 6 with 2 bdays, welcomed by the hostess , eye contact , smile , first impression is very important, we requested table in quit area ,less than a minute the server came introduced herself, usually Im very good on remembering names, its samantha I think, she was great, welcoming, smiley, menu knowledge, carying, cheerful, thoughtful. We had a great time , the food was taste,, one think I would like to say , I did not see the bus boy clearing the table and I did not see the manager on the floor.

While food may have been pretty good, our vehicle we were renting had a window busted out and we had stuff stolen from the vehicle. It was lunch time and we were there a whole 45 min. They have absolutely no security cameras monitoring their parking lot. Someone else had their back window busted out, too. Dont let the seemingly nice looking area fool you like it did us. After talking to the officer at best buy and the worker in the front, it happens alot there. Were not from the area, so we didnt know how often vehicle break-ins happen.

1. Rude chef who came out to deal with us and that they did not have a large table available with chairs. When asked if they had a large booth, she condescending and rudely repeated, "I DONT HAVE ANY LARGE TABLES WITH CHAIRS AVAILABLE." 2. Handicapped mother-in-law had to stand with her cane and wait for the handicapped bathroom for 10 minutes because an employee was changing their clothes for work in the handicapped stall.

One of the more pleasant experiences my husband and I have had in a long time. The food hit the spot as did the Island Lobster Punch with rum. Thank you to the server and manager for making the celebration for my husband being discharged from the convalescent home, after he had been laid up since Dec 20th AND Easter such a joyous occasion. Joshua was a fantastic server Well be back!

I havnt been here in ages. Thought we would stop by after enjoying a day at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. Left the park early (around 4) and made it before the dinner rush. The menu was lengthy, but looked like there were a lot of things we needed to try! The service was great and the food was delicious. Its still a great restaurant and I was sad to see it leave my local Dublin location.

The music was amazing. My family and I really liked the food. Our server Lola was just outstanding! She was super patient. My mother and I needed extra time and she was very respectful when that happened. When we asked for something to be held from the meal she smiled and said "oh yea we can do that for you!" I was really appreciative of our customer service.

The wait to be seated was adequate.. The host Frankie was very nice and courteous also very helpful.our waitress Nancy is so sweet and so caring. Nancy really made us feel like family and at home. Also the food was properly portioned and delicious. We had a wonderful first time experience and will deffinetely return.

I had a hankering for seafood. Hankering fulfilled. Had the Bar Lobster Bake...prawns, mussels, scallops, over linguini with a garlic sauce. To top it off, my server, Denise, was friendly, attentive & on top of things. My only gripe is that out of 3 mangers, no one checked in. But it looked like a well oiled crew.

The food was just okay, nothing special. I had a two-item lunch combo with grilled shrimp and crunchy fish with green beans. There were 6 small medium size shrimp, nicely grilled. The fish had a fish-fry coating and lacked flavor. The beans were over cooked. The service was veery good.

My Sister and I went there on a Saturday evening the Hostess & Waiter both were very nice but the management needs help she tried to sit us by a party of 15 with four small children and when asked to be moved tried to put us at a table in the corner needless to say we wont be back

Awesome!!!! What makes this particular Red Lobster is the people. Amazing hosts, bartenders and wait staff make everyone feel as though you are at home with your second family. The food is great, and of course, their world famous biscuits are addicting. I love it.

Someone broke into our vehicle while we were dining. They also broke into someone elses car. I later discovered that this location is a hotpot for that sort of activity and the restaurant hasnt attemted to do anything about it. No cameras or security!

Great service Fresh seafood and live lobsters. Wonderful wait staff always satified after leaving. My favorite server is Leslie and Louie the manager is so nice he keeps a well run restaraunt making every experience there as enjoyable as possible

Waited for 40 minutes, went to bar for a beer, no one waited on us after 5 minutes - then called for our table. Their menu has changed since last time we patronized (Not much to the entrees) cheddar bay biscuits still delicious.

I just love Red Lobster. Especially the one in Vallejo. The only down side to it is that you have to drive out of town to get to it. We need one in Napa, it would get really good business because the prices are reasonable.

When youve got a hankering for seafood and a high quality locally owned place cannot be found, Red Lobster is always a worthy fallback. The cheesy rolls are dangerously addictive. Nice having a full bar available as well.
