It’s an ok place, especially if you don’t want venture of this area for sushi. The presentation of the food is good but the food itself was not up to par. (I’m sure for a casual sushi diner this would go unnoticed. ) The service is slow when the restaurant is about 60% occupied with patrons which does not take much to reach, since it’s a small place. There is only one head chef and one assistance which tends to slow the orders coming out, so be prepared to wait. The décor is fine, a modern-cozy feel to it. Because it’s such a small place, it tends to be a bit load on a full night and you can hear other people conversation, seating near you. There are other sushi places near this area but this was the highest recommended to me, which is not saying much.

This is definitely one of the best sushi places Ive ever tried. Their fresh sashimi and delicious rolls already deserve five stars, but other items on the menu were great too -- seasonally-sweet heirloom tomato salad, savory black cod, refreshing peach sorbet (served in a peach!). Its definitely not cheap, but actually pretty inexpensive for the quality. Service was perfect -- but I guess it helps that we were one of three tables (Sunday lunch), and my friends are regulars. Ambiance is classy. Parking is terrible.

Excellent sushi, but expensive. Even when its just dinner for 2 people, its hard to get out the door for less than $100 if you order drinks. Wait staff is hit and miss as far as speed of service and not all waiters will check in with you unless you flag them down.

Prices are a bit high, but they have pretty good basic Japanese food. They cater to a bit more of a gourmet side, but after going regularly for almost a year, we still havent had a bad experience.
