Its okay food but the service is amazingly terrible. Ive been there 6 times since I work so close hoping the next time the service would get better...maybe its an off day? maybe today one cook called in sick? The service never got better. The 6th time, the straw that broke the camels back was the day me and my co-workers sat down, placed our order and waited 40 MINUTES, I repeat 40 MINUTES without getting our food. I stood up, calmly walked over to the host and said to her that its been 40 minutes and the last time I waited 30 minutes but this time I cant wait anymore. Instead of apologizing to me let me know why its taking so long she SCREAMS at me by saying NO its not 40 minutes. Ive never had a host/server talk to me that way especially when I was patient enough to wait 40 minutes. Here is the humor in this situation. I was the one that suggested to my team to the this Thai Restaurant. One teammate said "Are you sure? Remember last time how bad the service was? Plus they wouldnt let us pay with more than 2 payment types."....Please stay away at all costs, its Ventura Blvd. there are hundreds of other wonderful restaurants you can go to!

Maybe Im biased because the space immediately appealed to me due to its high ceilings & sophisticated interior design but I was definitely floored upon entering this chic Asian Fusion eatery. And not to mention, I celebrated my unforgettable 28th birthday here. The server seemed like an actor in a funny play, so he was certainly entertaining and adept at memorizing orders. In other words, excellent service. I think aside from all this, I was very impressed by the food. My goodness! They offered everything from land and sea. Our crab fried rice was served in a crab shell! That was one of my favorite dishes next to the fish and the shrimp dumplings. I dont think you can go wrong with anything. As long as you dont have any dietary restrictions, I would encourage trying a little bit of everything. This place is great for large groups considering it is family style dining. In the end, I was surprised to have a birthday tart oozing with chocolatey goodness. Couldnt have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday :)

I have visited Ayodaya several times and have also had dinner delivered. Each experience has been wonderful. They were extremely customer centric and every dish full of flavor and plentiful. Look no further for a delicious meal.
