After moving to the area we decided to go to this Baja Fresh since we received a coupon in the mail for a free burrito. Immediately Danny (apparently the manager) was questioning the coupon. Eventually they accepted it and we ordered 2 of the same burrito. We received one normal burrito and another considerably smaller one. We went to the front to ask why theyre completely different sizes and the manager said they couldnt do anything about it because they "couldnt take the burrito back to the kitchen". He never offered to give a new burrito. We asked for the corporate number and he said to sit down and he would give it to us. We looked over and saw the entire kitchen staff giving us dirty looks making us feel uncomfortable for no reason. He finally brings us the corporate number (which was conveniently the wrong number) at which point we asked if we could get a new burrito made and he just walked away. The most rude encounter Ive ever had with an employee. Shocked that hes even hired as the manager. Not only were the food portions completely inconsistent, but the horrible customer service and rudeness of the employees was beyond belief. We contacted corporate about a week ago with a phone call and email, still no response.

first time we we find hair in our plate, we asked the manager to change our plate with new one with out hair, she refused and said its not our fault . so we left and didnt eat the food, 2 days later we contact corporate office and explain the situation and they apologize and send us 2 complementary VIP ticket good at any Baja Fresh so we went back to the same location and manger refused to honer the ticket and said our owner mr. Khalil instruct us to dont honer these tickets and when I told her this tickets were issued by the corporate office to make it up to us and keep us as of customer she laughed and says our owner told us not to honer them and we went to another location and redeemed the tickets. that location is managed very poorly and employes are trained not to respect customer and store was very dirty all over while 4 employees were standing behind the counter and chit chading.

I should have checked out the ratings first: So I lived in the neighborhood for the past few years and I never tried them out and it turned out that I never will. I ordered a shrimp Baha burrito, when I made it home BIKING, it turned out a different shrimp burrito, I called in to get an explanation DANNY (Im guessing same person from previous posts) told me that it was MY MISTAKE, I PICKED UP THE WRONG ORDER AND THAT ILL HAVE TO EAT IT. Its not like I grabbed it from the kitchen, they called my number and put the order on the counter and told me good night. It took 10 min to make and with 5 customers in the restaurant they managed to give me a wrong order and blame it on me. Well I guess Ill sleep hungry tonight so I would never go there again.

I ordered grilled fish taco, the fish was a rectangle cold hard piece of something. My husband ordered a chicken and cheese burrito only, it had onions. He then returned it and ordered a cheese only quesidilla, it had avacado smeared all over the tortilla. My daughter ordered tostada they did not give her her dressing or Pico de gallo... We will not be returning to this location. They need to keep a cleaner cooking/prep area.

I have a fav burrito spot down the mission but this is the second fave spot. parking--street only. Its the mission so it can be a challenge. food-- awesome. their plates are huge..cant go wrong with any of their items. they also got good selection of agua fresca. service--good. space-- fairly large. can accommodate a group. clean open kitchen. price-- fair

Friendly staff and always clean this place is conveniently located in the Fallbrook mall and is good for a quick snack. However their veggies are frozen prior to cooking and that makes them unappealing and affects their taste. Their salads are quite good.

This is a good Baja Fresh location. The staff here was very nice when I ordered. The inside is clean and very well maintained. I ordered the classic chicken taco and the fried fish taco and both were delicious.

Waited more than 15 minutes for my food, and it was overspiced so badly that I couldnt eat it. Unbelievable. The Northridge location is much better.

Amazing hole in the whole in LA with good Baja Fresh Mexican Grill and mazas. Their coffee is superbly cheap and there is SO much coffee served!
