Poor service manners by Dezz. She didnt pack our food correctly and forgot the tortillas. When my boyfriend went back to get the tortillas she said rudely "are you sure" we just seated by the salsa bar for her to come and see. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience we were accused.

I love coming to this place, clean, salsa bar is excellent, quick and hot when you get your order. I never get tired of their food. The stuff quesadilla is really stuff with delicious and fresh avocado , yummy !!

Always very friendly and fast!! This is the fastest Pollo Loco I go to.. Every Sunday after church it gets full but the wait is short. Staff is friendly and work well.
