Depending on what manager is in charge you may get good service in a clean restaurant or you can get far less than desirable service in the filthy restaurant. Consistency just doesnt exist here. Javier is definitely one of the good managers. I personally believe that he is the best person for the job,and does ANY jobs necessary himself including bathroom duties. Javier leads by example and I see a different work attitude under his authority. The crew seems to be overall happier and more relaxed which causes them to do a better more pleasant job in turn makes the CUSTOMER HAPPIER.

I stopped by just to a quick bite, I wasnt sure on what to get since I dont frequently eat fast food. The good thing is that Luis was there to help me choose the right hamburger for me, he explained to me the difference between some items on their menu and answer all my questions. After I decided to get just the hamburger (which it was good) and not the whole combo, he offered me a free soda, I think that was nice of him. Note: Im reviewing their customer service and not their food quality.

They always ask if the order is correct on the screen. . Then after paying they always ask if you enjoyed the service.. then drive off and they messed up my order.. happend over 8 times. I only go there when Im desperate and now I check my order before pulling off.. Once my burger had no meat and I didnt realize till I got home

I order in the drive thru, eat on the parking lot. Got off to use the resttoom throw my trash and a crew member open the door for me. Even whit out asking he buzz me in the bathroom , he was paying attention of his surroundings. I liked that. Impress me young fella.
