Oh my. Clean, stylish decor. Great food. Super well-made drinks. Look out now. Ever since I left New York, Ive been craving Hong Kong cafe dishes. Ray-Ray falls into that category, all awhile taking cues from contemporary Chinese-American fusion popular in California. HK Cafe as a style of food is fusion in itself: cuisine that binds western influences with HKs very own flavors. You get things like spaghetti in your dishes, hawker style, a wealth of snack options, etc. Had the baked pork loin on "red sauce" topped with (swiss?) cheese. Om nom nom. Also got to try the Curry Chicken with rice, a classic dish that spans multiple Asian countries (heavier than your average "Indian" curry, oily yet spicy). Each dish should be complimented with a drink and thankfully Ray Ray has a huge selection to choose from: ice blended, smoothies, milk tea with pearls, pudding, etc. Definitely a new go to spot for me.

I come here all the time! Girlfriend introduced me to this place and I fell in love with it. The food is delicious! There was even a time I went every two days. We are called regulars from time too time. The only thing I would be cautious about is their drinks. While they have a vast selection. For some reason sometimes its a really good drink. And sometimes isnt very good at all. But nonetheless its a fantastic place. I recommend the curry rice with chicken. delicious!

Our server sounded like she didnt know what she was doing. She didnt know how to greet and offer us help to get a better understanding of the place. I hated how this place tried to be like a dine-in restaurant. I ordered an almond milk Tea that tasted horrible, tried to replace it and when I was gonna pay I found out they didnt accept debit. I just wanted to order a drink, pay and sit down for the love of God, this place is just terrible.

A trip to Ray-Ray is soon to become a regular affair for me. I am a young professional living in the neighborhood and l relish Ray-Ray unique espresso drinks and teas. If you are puzzled by some of the offerings--ask! The owners are proud of their craft and are happy to describe the unique drink offerings. I usually go about once every two to three weeks. Its located in a small little plaza and I only found out about it because the church I use to go to was there. Its a small asian place that serves drinks (non-alcholic) and snacks. I recommend the popcorn chicken. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love going to ray rays!

Ive been working in El Monte for the past seven years and always see this place but never stop. Finally decided to stop and the staff was wonderful and the food was amazing. Too bad I only have a couple of more months in that area so I wont get to go back that often but I will look for other locations. Very inexpensive

Wifi junkie study spot and chill out spot. Surprised its not packed on a Friday night. Next to vape shop. Decent Food: Actually better than other tea cafe spots. Serves Canto cafe food. Honey green tea is good. Crispy yellow noodles with seafood is full of goodies!!! They dont cheap out, they actually give alot!

We were well received, the lady who took care of us was very nice, even though I live in Vallejo for a long time, I had never been there. I was surprised, the food was great. My son took me for a great meal and thats what I got. Been there a couple times with friends and they loved.

My parents first brought me to this place because it had THE BEST Mexican food around. They were right! Mind you its 40 miles away (1hour+ in LA traffic) from our home, but the drive is worth it. I always have the molcajete with carne asada,chicken breast, chorizo, and salsa.

Good place for boba drinks. They have waffles too, theyre a bit dense for me. I like their food. Its not a HK cafe with a soup etc... But its better quality and better service. Ive had their fried rice, noodles, popcorn chicken, and other foods. Great place to hang out.

The Derby has been on my list for a while. I came here for the dineLA this year just to see if it is as good as Ive heard. I started with the crap cake, followed by the prime rib and ended with the cheesecake. The crab cake as pretty nicely done.
